Gia seems more sadistic so I would probably go with her . I wonder if anyone is ever come close to passing out under her face it ? She seems brutal .

My personal opinion, based on a session with her and watching numerous videos, is that, in her prime (which may not be now, as she's been focusing on other things), she could have made a guy pass out, or come close. I think it's harder to make a guy pass out using this method than rear naked chokes, etc.
