I think he was a 25 year old. I thought he would go easy on me because I was a girl. Nope. He arm-barred me. I laughed, than paid him back with an arm-bar. It is a tough sport to learn, it takes much of my strength to get these men off of me. I try my best is all I can do. I am 6 months new to jiu jitsu. Technically, a baby in jiu jitsu.

Ralph Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The best schools for Jiu Jitsu is at any Gracie gym being that they invented the damn sport.
