I don't know that they are cuter exactly - although a fair number are pretty damn cute - but I do believe most of their videos are better. I've seen American videos with very pretty girls, and yet I have never seen an American video that could match the performance of the most basic Japanese product. It astounds me that companies like Laputa, Battle, etc can take these young girls - many of whom are gravure idols - and give them a crash course training that enables them to put together a better executed match than some of the pro stuff coming out in the states. We're talking eighteen year old girls who are barely five feet tall who are pulling off power bombs, pile-drivers, and Argentine back-breakers, often while wearing very tight sexy thong/high leg speedos that accentuate their bodies. They aren't perfect always, but they do pretty well given their lack of training, and most sell the match beautifully. I don't speak the language, so maybe their dialogues are corny or seem fake, but not knowing makes the taunts and shouts seems more believable to me. Add to that, many, as stated are either gravure idols and/or porn actresses when they aren't in the ring. What are the odds of Jenna Jameson or Jesse Jane having that convincing of a match? For that matter, what are the odds of a WWE diva having that convincing of a match? And I love the outfits, which is why this is under this thread, because it adds to the sensuality already present. I just wish there was an American equivalent. There are some good producers in the states, but I still find the Japanese stuff to be better (just very, very expensive though).
