Facesitting can be pretty brutal. Few of my sessions the girl did facesitting with full weight and I panicked (couldn't breath at all) so I desperately had to fight to get out of it. I found that I was out of breath in seconds.
I personally prefer facesitting with bondage. I guess in one hour you could ask for bondage as well as some headscissors.
