Problem with dating a session wrestler is pretty simple. Most women would probably not want to date someone they session wrestle with because 9 out of 10 times, that guy has probably wrestled other women or want to wrestle other women in the future. That's why most of the relationship these women have are with men who are not even into wrestling to begin with.
There are much more reasons why a session wrestler might not date someone they "wrestle", and that's because she might also have no physical attraction towards him. they may have nothing in common. She might live too far away, or she might have an already established family or a relationship that she does not want to ruin.

Even if you take into account someone who isn't a client or part of the scene(producer), it's not perfect either. As the possibilities exist of the guy getting critical of the womans work , bashing it, or leaving them in paranoia that the woman is potentially doing sexual acts with the guys who are paying money to see her. In this society alone(US) a lot of men get angry at the idea that their partner is talking to a male "friend" or having a guy converse constantly with her on social media. Our society tends to push onto this idea of going to college, getting a degree, finding work, finding a long time partner, marriage, kids, etc.

Men who are into fetish wrestling are a niche. and for every guy who trusts his GF or wife, there are plenty of others who hate the idea of another guy being face sat or scissored but them. You have guys who want their partner to have a 9-5 regular job and to be with only them.

Thinking more about it dating an actual session wrestler or having a long term relationship can have some complications, depending on your perspective. A lot of session women

*Travel to different locations. depending on the type of BF they have, the guy can accept it and be cool with it, or be extremely angry at it, and even insecure

*See different types of men. ugly, fat, old, smelly , young, good looking.

*have to have some trust in the guys they session with .something personal can slip through the mouth and she has to have some trust to make sure you don't reveal it on this website or others. if they take pictures or videos it can be even worse! a guy can post a video of his entire session on the web, even though she specified not share it with other people.

*sometimes have to take a chance and risk something more sexual. either due to the fact that they develop some form of intimacy for the guy, and/or to potentially get more money and hope to god the guy keeps it between them alone. and if that sexual thing is specifically revealed or if the BF finds out, then it can lead to things becoming much more complicated and the guy potentially leaving.

*have to deal with potential injuries or even dangers or stalkers. because joe fingle didn't realize that perhaps he shouldn't actively try to hurt a girl or do anything outside of the session agreements. point is, injuries can happen in this line of work, and this can certainly present an issue with the the relationship as a whole and add onto the pressure to quit this line of work. and with stalkers, there are some dangerous creeps out there who could find out their real names, where they live, etc.some guys may still stick, and others may leave as the pressure and complications can be too great to deal with for them.
