You are going to find it difficult, if at all, to really find a session as you could in US, London or other parts of Europe for semi-competitive or competitive wrestling. It really has to do with Japanese culture. Japan is a very pacifist country. The idea of men really competing and challenging women physically is practically unheard of.

Your best bet is going to be a session, such as Club Q , where the girl dominates you with wrestling, judo, bjj holds and maybe allows you to lightly spar a little with her.
