Hi, Mike! Good question.
I frequently come up with pictures that can be shared in more than one topic. I just find the best topic for them. If they are from personal matches, I would keep them in the Personal Session Pictures topic, since the fact that they are personal photos is more important than that they include a victory pose (in my opinion). Because otherwise you could theoretically sort out and post most of the photos that you share in the Personal topic to other wrestling-hold topics, for example. I just use common sense to post them where I think they fit best. But eventually, where to post them is up to you.
Regarding cross-references, yes, I do it myself. You can reference a post (by placing a link to it) that you made in the Personal Pictures topic that includes, let's say, a lotus lock, in the Lotus Lock topic. I try not to post the same photo twice, even though sometimes I'm compelled to.
