Default Is losing a fight/match like twice as tiring as winning?

I don't know if it's as much about your opponent having better stamina or if it has to do with getting beat, burning up more energy defending, being under more duress, getting choked, having inferior technique and trying to compensate for it with more effort, being less in control, ect.

You use more energy trying to get out of a scissors hold and end up losing. For the next match you are drained.

also if you are losing. you are usually predominantly on the bottom struggling with your opponent , quite often, purposely crushing you with there weight while conserving theirs.
stamina wise , a lot of these ladies far exceed even a resonably fit persons fitness level.
e.g say a traveling wrestler works under the banner of a studio for 2 days. I'd hazard a guess that could be anything up to around 10 hours of competitive wrestling against dudes outweighing her in 48 hour's .
a recent personal example is I had a wonderful session with minxy li for 1.5 hours. I was shattered and wanted nothing to do but relax my stiff , tired body after.
minxy on the other hand had a quick shower after peeling her sweat drenched body from her sexy wrestling atire and went to a bjj class.

Being taken out of your comfort zone and being "confused" in the middle of a fight/match is incredibly tiring. It can be soul destroying. The mind often breaks before the body.
