I think it is a scissor circle where each girl in the show has to scissor a guy at the same time, and whoever makes her victim tap out first wins a point. The contest is repeated with different scissorholds (and different girl/guy pairings). The girl with the most points at the end is the winner.

Sounds like someone thought out how to make it into a competitive thing. That definitely adds something to the scissors circle concept.
