Muscular Actresses on DVD

I found an existing 'Actresses with Muscle' thread but it was in the Discussion Forum, and the few pictures that had been posted there didn't seem to fit what I'm trying to bring to the Board. So here's a new thread specifically dedicated to FBBs who made appearances in the mainstream - as well as a few actresses who really buffed up for the part. But, as with my other threads, I'll try to stay clear of the Hollywood blockbusters that we've all seen a million times already. (Sorry about that Ms. Biel and Ms. Hamilton).

We start off with one of the Board's much missed subjects in her only character role (as opposed to documentaries). Unusually for this type of appearance it's quite a meaty one, not just a posing cameo. Though, needless to say, most of it was in darkness. Kay flits in and out of the action regularly in her part as the Big Bad's main muscle. She doesn't really need to do much fighting because she's so much stronger than all the men she faces.

Added after 17 minutes:

At the end of the flick things are taken to the extreme. Kay's character tries to punch one of the good guys but he ducks and she hits a brick wall instead - causing the whole four-storey building to collapse on them! The assumption is that she's dead, but in the last few seconds of the film she re-appears with a sly look on her face. It seems her character has lived to fight another day; sadly the actress wasn't so lucky as the final credits indicate.

Kay Baxter was one of the most muscular and sexiest bodybuilders of her time. I heard she died too young in a car crash. Too bad she didn't get a chance for more meaty roles.

In 1995 Cory Everson appeared in a "B" movie called "Ballistic" and most guys like us would love it. In back to back scenes a male is "visited" at his apartment.....first by Marjean Holden his supposed co-worker on the police force. She proceeds to kick the crap out of him and the second she walks out in comes Cory Everson to finish him off.

2. No, I wasn't going to bother with the title because it was her only appearance. So I figured it would be obvious from her filmography - which I then forgot to link, so here it is.

Oh look!! It's Cult Movie Icon Mary Woronov [1] But she's not playing a domineering lesbian; this time she's up for a p*ss-take of 80s fitness freak actress Jane Fonda. But we're not here to see her - and neither do we want the Gay Pride Festival rehearsal. thank you [2].

Ah, that's better. Here's the first appearance of our Muscle Girls [3]. They begin to flex and their clothes start to rip [4]. Hey, blondie's quite cute for someone who could rip your limbs off [5]. I wonder if their pants will stay on like Lou Ferrigno's. Hmm. I guess not [6,7]. And like true Gym Bunnies, they handle heavy weights like frisbees [8,9].

'Strong Brunette' (as she's listed in the credits) gets to show those muscles aren't just for display. She uses a loaded barbell as a projectile weapon [10,11]. And then shows what she thinks of the cop's loaded weapon by bending it out of all recognition and usefulness [12,13,14]. We pick things up later with the 1960s Batman-style 'Heroes in Peril' cliffhanger. [15,16]. But this is a prime time comedy show. So at the end they both get their comeuppance and are arrested without being given the opportunity to crush some bones between those biceps and quads [17,18].

Incidentally, the regular cast said that despite their intimidating looks, our girl Arnies were very sweet on set. Aw, bless.

Back in the day, Mary Woronov was in more B-movies and TV shows than you could shake a stick at! I remember her (mostly) from Angel of H.E.A.T. (1983) which starred Marilyn Chambers. As I recall the movie was a kind of soft core spy spoof.

The Sledge Hammer episode in question BTW is “The Spa Who Loved Me” from season 1.
