Once that thing is out there, it's on the Internet forever.
I'm in that type of category as were many of the people involved, including some of the women. Joan was a teacher and her husband was a lawyer. As I already said - no one has ever recognized me, or if they have, nobody ever mentioned it to me, so its never been an issue. Same for my wife. But I've always kept it quite private, even my best friends or brother/sister don't know about it.

"Jud" from the old Joan Wise films apparently got teased by some of his law firm partners but it certainly had no effect on his career. They probably only knew about it because he told them. Its not that big an audience in the big picture of things. And if anybody does watch one of your films its almost certain because they're into it also.

If you're a politician or similar, you shouldn't even be doing sessions. It will get out. Hard to say about doctors, lawyers, or teachers.

You could shave your facial hair, get a new hairstyle, and your own mom wouldn't recognize you

Shaved the facial hair years ago. Haven't had a beard since. Another thing to consider is that the quality of the old VHS films wasn't that great compared to some of the digital methods of today. Harder to recognize people when the image has less clarity.

Not a politician. Not going to divulge what I do professionally, but everyone is in a different situation.

As Dave himself admitted, the Internet has changed "the business." Being on a grainy VHS tape is one thing. Being in a digital clip that's not just on a password-protected site for fetishists, but also probably on Xvideos and similar sites, is another matter entirely. It means that you better accept the idea that someone you are related to or know in a professional capacity may very well see the video eventually.

Please send me an email at [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]. We are generally looking for small guys, but there can be exceptions. We film in Prague, Czech Republic. We pay to male models, but we do not cover their flight / transport fees.

You have to also realize that mixed wrestling is quite mild and in its true sense is definitely not porn or hardcore BDSM. You can argue its no more than just an athletic competition or a sexual tease at best. There has never been nudity or sex in anything I was involved with. Topless or face sitting was as far as it ever went, which may be erotic, but is not fucking/sucking, etc. In fact most of it was just plain old wrestling.

In my opinion, the internet has not only changed the business but has also dumbed it down. We were more of a small elite group in the 80's as the scene was much more underground and the people involved for the most part were more cerebral. With the internet all the pervs, schmoes and schmucks have come out of the wood work in force. I'm just grateful for having been a part of it back then.

I agree with an above mentioned post that if someone sees you in a video, that means that they are into the same stuff. Aside from politicians or maybe some type of celebrity or semi-celebrity, who could be recognized by a lot of people, you shouldn't really worry about having your face seen in a video. If someone does recognize you, chances are they either won't say anything, or they will keep it between the two of you.
If i were in a video, the only person i would worry about recognizing me would be my wife! But i know she doesn't look at this stuff.

Gotcha. I can respect that. For the record, I mostly agree with you that the Internet has dumbed down the business. The barriers to entry are so low that there is a lot of shit being released. That being said, there's also some amazing stuff that wasn't possible back in the day.

For the record, I'm into both competitive wrestling AND BDSM stuff mixed with wrestling. When I say I don't want my face in a vid, it's partially because some of the types of vids I'd want to be in are more BDSM-oriented/erotic. I'd probably be less worried about a vid where I'm straight-up wrestling a woman and we're both clothed.

But again: anything on the Internet these days...you have to film it knowing that all of your colleagues, family, kids, etc might see it. If you're comfortable with that, that's cool, but we all have different degrees of comfort and different personal situations.
