[Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] She's got a hearing on the 27th June. I guess her wanting to become a cop explains her absence from the fetish scene.

I'm feeling an odd mix of stuff right now. Glad that she's found a more sustainable career. Gutted that it might be over so fast. And weirded-out by seeing two worlds collide—the wild world of fetish, and the public, straight-faced world of policing.

But I'm especially conflicted by her disavowal of fetish. She says she was just doing it to earn money and that it was "stupid stuff I did when I was a kid". It's pretty clear to me, though, that she intuitively understood and enjoyed it. On the other hand, she's clearly been trying to move away from the scene and has been inactive for some time.

Which makes me wonder about whether fetish really is something silly, something I should give up. Why would a woman act the dominant jerk? Why would a man act the passive wimp? Sure, fetish is a consuming ecstasy, a molotov cocktail of sexual excitement. But that doesn't mean it's good for you. I struggle enough with being an active and entrepreneurial leader without practicing being the opposite. I need to get shit done in the world. How's feeling like a sub going to help me?

And how has being a violent seductress helped Kristen? Sure, she'll have learnt a lot about people, about filming, acting, and so on. But is it good for someone to listen to their urges to brutalise people—even if it's sexual, even if the other person wants them to?

This might just be me. I generally have a really hard time dissociating pretence from reality. I gave up being an actor because I was really affected by the characters I played. But I'm guessing it affects everyone at some level.

I should also say that I'd distinguish between mixed wreslting where a guy's just enjoying scrapping with some hot girl, and mixed wrestling where he's enjoying being dominated by her. The former seems fair. The latter's what I've got beef with.

I didn't mean this to be a self-indulgent post. It seems like the whole story is about the relationship between the world of fantasy and fetish, and the world of public life.

What do you guys think? Does she mean it when she says fetish was some dumb kid stuff? If she does, is she right?

Very very very very VERY few women involved in the scene are TRULY into it, are people that TRULY enjoy the fetishes they indulge. In most cases it's no different then most of the other forms of adult entertainment, be it stripping or more traditional pornography. The women you see getting gangbanged in porn arent always super into that either, of course. Same when you see some broad playing the role of a dominatrix and whipping some guy or letting some slob worship her feet.

She prob was just doing it for a paycheck.

I would venture to assume that it starts small for lots of these women. They may start off stripping or either doing or considering doing porn, then they do some foot fetish thing for an easy paycheck or just some fetish modeling and it just snowballs from there.

I think shes a moron for even pursuing a career in a public service field like law enforcement given her history. She had to of known that shit woulda got found out.

I wonder WHO spilled the beans on it. She got a coworker who recognized her from his dirty secret habit or something?

As much as i like her beatdown videos, i would not take the chance of having her as a police officer. There is a conflict between loving to be dominant, sadistic and being in control, and working as a police officer having a lot of power and authority and weapons at your disposal, having to make quick decisions. Authority and power are probably the main reasons she wants to be an officer, just the same as the dominatrix job attracted her.

That is the problem of police officers; the wrong people are often attracted to the job. Instead of wanting to regulate, they want to rule. She may be able to do the job adequately, but the risk is too high in my opinion.

You know what would be funny? If she got some former clients to testify for her, saying that they could tell she wasn't even into it.

her or sexually arouses her or other women in this industry. It's fantasy and then sometimes you have to wake up to that harsh reality that the hundreds of dollars you're given in the end means nothing as you are a dime a dozen.
LOL this is coming from a guy who fell head over heels over two session wrestlers, couldn't even hang out with them, got angry and entitled after being rejected , and destroyed his relationships with them, and now spends time on the forum being bitter and putting up a high and mighty attitude.

Someone in your position cannot say that it isn't a turn on for "99%" of them, or that they have no enjoyment from them. Because they are not robots, but actual people with feelings and different beliefs. Business is business true , but everyone is human. And funny thing about humanity eh? they all have different emotions and preferences and they all deal with people in many different ways. You can't remove jealously, preferences, attraction, likes/dislikes from a sane person. Dominatrix, session wrestler, or not. You also can't create a fake statistic based on your personal experience or something you read on the internet and apply it to everyone . This is almost similar to if i got rejected by a woman, and then I went on the internet telling people that women only want you if you look like a model or are some rich guy. Can we PLEASE stop generalizing people and making them seem like robots? Your last statement implies that everyone in the industry is a mere tool. When this isn't really the case. "we" guys are part of what helps keep them in the industry. to build a reputation, to stay in. And "We" are also of different ages, shapes, sizes and of different physical attraction and personalities. Being attractive, having similar interests, having a decent personality...no being an actual decent human being is something that is a good influence. as a session wrestler, or even as a client. Another thing to consider is that interactions are different between individuals and you have no personal idea of what occurs behind the scenes unless talked about from other people.

While I don't think you should go in expecting a deep marriage relationship to come from it, close relationships can occur. some women may even do more stuff with 1 client, over the other due to their personal feelings. or take more risks. or hey, even bf/gf relationships are a possibility! nothing is set in stone! even business relationships become close and people respect one another and can do stuff outside of the business or job.

If you want to go deeper though into that negativity and train of thought , a lot of things are about money and people do do jobs in the long term , sometimes not for the enjoyment, but for the financial gain and stability. So no reason why you should imply that it's exclusive to this industry. I agree that money is a great motivator, but lets not say that 99% of them don't enjoy the stuff that they do, because quite frankly you're not speaking for the majority of them. However At the end of the day, people do have bills to pay and you can have some enjoyment for something and still want the financial gain and stability . No one gives you a handout, nothing is free . Even long term personal relationships can fall apart if the guy no longer has money to sustain his family , along with the chance that the woman might find a better partner who can provide better. Or vise versa. But if no one took risks and everyone was as bitter as you, our population would be severely dwindled down as this train of thought could be extended to a shit ton of jobs and industries!

Perhaps she truly did enjoy it when she was younger, but she changed over time and as such decided to shy away with it. Or perhaps she never liked it at all and was in it for the money. The thought process of someone changes over time. But in regards to you, honestly i don't need to adhere to it as in the end, you're a guy who couldn't hang out with a few session wrestlers and got angry, and thus uses his own experiences to try to demean others, all while disguising it as some form of truth.
I am not a tool, and my experiences with people have gone beyond your so called "lol she saw me and now she forgets me!!!" line of logic

As for this story, it does suck. i just recently came across this story and I was a fan of the videos she did with @[Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] . i'm not sure if there is a further update to this story, i looked but couldn't find it so far but I hope that she does continue to do her desired career path. that said, I do imagine that with government jobs, your past has a bigger chance in coming to haunt you. shame that as such, her real name is outed but I personally don't think she should be restricted to the fetish industry.

A number of people see it that way. I see it as just the opposite. Most doms don't get into the business cause they want the things you describe. Most doms get into the business because they need money or they have a friend who brings them in or they have a certain look and/or a guy brings them in. Being a dominatrix is providing a service, especially on the professional level. It's about listening to the clients and respecting limits and providing fantasy. It's not all about having absolute control. Many people say that the sub is the one with the control, he sets up the session guidelines and scenario, he sets up the amount of time. The idea that the dominatrix can't be a cop is bunk.

They should weed out the bullies and jerks and control freaks from the police academy, that I agree with 100%, but just because she worked as a dom and played a role on fetish videos doesn't make her one of those. It shouldn't be used against her. She should be judged on her skills, not a job she worked in the past.

Renita Harris was a Chicago cop and I'm sure many of you remember her awefilms fetish and domination videos.

Formerly overweight, a physically-abused housewife with two children, living on the south side of Chicago, Renita turned to bodybuilding to change her life. In 1995 she placed second to Monica Brant at the Jan Tana Fitness Classic and one month later won the Team Universe Overall Bodybuilding Championship title, a feat unlikely to be duplicated. A lifelong drug-free athlete, Renita can squat 405 pounds for reps! Now a Chicago police officer, as well as a personal trainer, she still turns heads wherever she goes. Renita now has her own site: [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]

Should a dominatrix be allowed to become a police officer?

Valid question in my opinion. I say no. Let her find something else to do if she doesn`t want to continue her fetish career.

Some people criticize the fact that some of us don't want our fetish to be known. I think this is a good example of why.

Even if she's not into it, I understand that some people may be concerned about her being abusive on the streets and getting carried on.
Also, some could fear that she could be blackmailed. Or it could mean bad PR for the police department.

Google has shown us that enterprises will rather fire a good employee than risk a PR campaign.

Of course it's not the same to simply hold a fetish in private than to offer the services, but it's very easy to be labeled a weirdo or a sicko.

Not today I guess, but very soon people will look back at this and be confused of why the society was so assumptive and judgmental towards pornography and fetish industry and people involved in it.

The sexual revolution has only started. Some countries still use laws and regulations made in mid-20th century related to cases involving adult video content.

i think it is still important to say that expressing a fetish is all about consent and mutual respect, even if there is money transaction involved. So it is not like a person genuinely wishes to be hurt or to hurt others...a former dominatrix could be a good cop or a mediocre one, but it has nothing to do with her job in the fetish industry.

What is sadly funny about this story is that there was a lot of articles copying each other during a week of time, and after, nothing....all of this was about making headlines, jokes and hasty judgments.
