For those who saw the Amanda vs Iron baby video, does Amanda use pins/smothers to defeat IB or only scissors?

If you mean GGTagTeam, they face off 3 times in that video. Amanda gets her into a body scissor/smother in the first round but stops without her submitting after they roll out of the mat area, and then Iron Baby wins the following two times with an armbar and a body scissor of her own. The cameraman stopped the match during the second body scissor after Iron Baby squeezed hard and Amanda screamed out in pain.

Overall Iron Baby basically kicked her ass. The video continued but they didn't face each other again.
