I would think almost all of them have received at least some training. After all, these women are engaging in non-scripted matches, often against men, who aren't instructed to let the woman win. These gals have to fight to earn their pay.

In WWE, wrestlers are coached to 'sell' their opponents moves and win or lose according to what they're told before the match.

Sessions wrestling is competing for real. Takes training & practice.

Flexibility as well. When I went to my first jiu jitsu class in years 2 thing stood out.

1. I'm not as flexible as I used to be

2. I used to be able to roll for a half hour. Now I'm done in minutes.

I can't speak to the flexibility of WWE women as a group.

I'd think they stretch like mad before performances.

But a session match can go as long as an hour. Plus they are really wrestling. Even if the pro wrestler has better stamina I don’t think they could out wrestle a session girl

Wrestling on the ground is one thing.

It's quite another to quickly stand up/go down/stand up in a short time frame -- especially when you have to repeatedly lift others in the process.

If you don't believe me, try it.

In my case, not only I can do a 2 hour session back-to-back , but I train BJJ 4 times a week for at least an hour each time with fully resisting opponents, 4-5 guys each time, including purple, brown and black belts that are bigger and have 20+ pounds over my weight class. I also compete 7-9 times a year and do well in major tournaments like Nationals, Pan Ams, Worlds and World Masters.

Good for you for having cardio and doing so much BJJ work. That's serious dedication.

To clarify, I don't intend my statements as disrespect to session wrestlers.

Rather, my point is simply that professional wrestlers are also incredible athletes -- something many folks may not realize.
