Like I said, I'm similarly sized to her and I always considered myself on the lower end of average male genetics/strength, but I was incline bench pressing with 30KG dumbbells for 8-10 reps after a couple of years training and flat barbell bench pressing 80KG for 5 reps. The max strenght of the average woman is around 63,5% of the strenght of the average man. She be so close to you in bench or any man that has been in weight training for a couple of years is pretty unusual

Baybe she is natural but I really doubt that.

At my best strength I couldn't do 30 kg press like that and I could bench 100 kg for once.

If she isn't on steroids, she is genetic freak.

That you could barbell bench press 100KG but couldn't bench press a collective 60KG with dumbbells suggests you simply weren't confident in the technique of getting the dumbbells into position rather than genuinely lacking the strength to do so. It's normal that your barbell bench will be a little heavier, but not that much heavier.

I stalled for a long time on 90KG for 3/4 reps but by that time I was incline pressing 37.5KG dumbbells and doing seated shoulder presses with 30-32.5KGs.

I can now get a 102.5KG bench for 1 rep, full range of motion. But after a decade of on-and-off lifting, making every mistake in the book, I feel like that's about it for me. I've only been eking out a little more size and strength here and there over the past 4-5 years. Most of my serious gains in fact came in those first 2-3 years. I'm probably not gonna get much stronger. If any girls can lift heavier than me, fair play to them.

We're living in an age where what is naturally achievable is not always naturally achieved, so anyone is right to be skeptical. But come on, guys... Just because a girl has some muscular development and is lifting more than 1-2KG pink dumbbells doesn't mean she is on steroids.

Is not like she's "a little bit" above the average women what probably are lifting 1-2kg pink dumbells. We are speaking about a 16 yr old gilr that can bench more than most natural trained guys that I've seen. I won't say that a woman that is curling 30 pounds and bench 20kg dumbbels is on steroids though she's way above the average. There is a abyssal difference

This is far more then 1-2 kg dumbbells and I have the right to be suspicious in this example.
