There's different kinds of "plus-size".

I find it very dishonest when, in order to fight fat shaming, people put up photos of plus-size models such as Ashley that are curvy, with a thin waist, big and firm boobs, round asses, firm bellies, arms and legs, and oval faces.

Nothing to do with double-chins, big and saggy bellies with no boobs or saggy boobs, redundant flappy skin on arms, legs and butt with cellulite which is the usual obese woman with physical and psychological health issues that gets self-assurance from these examples so that she can keep being unhealthy and blaming society for that.

I know this rant doesn't have to do with wrestling. Just letting go of something I had in my mind for a long time.

And, yes. I loved wrestling with my wife when she was almost 90kg, but she was no Ashley (rather, the second paragraph). I like her more now at 60kg, though her tits are gone.

I think most of these plus size models have cellulite but you also find that most women getting big play in that world are well acquainted with the weight room and know a thing or two about squats, lunges, deadlifts and yoga.

If they're still hourglassy and not just saggy, especially after age 25 they have some athleticism going on.

From my experience, a plus sized girl is very hard to estimate. They could be weak and out of shape but they can also be very strong and just have some extra cushioning that hides it.

The bigger girls who had strength were amazing to wrestle against. On the other side of it, I wrestled a bigger girl who was weak and it wasn't much fun at all even though she was enthusiastic about it. Unless a girl is extremely hot, I don't really have much interest in a match that is one sided in my favor.

Had some sessions with bigger ladies. Back in the days you had Isabella in Amsterdam. She was about 130 kilo and 1.86 m. Strong as an ox, and she could really fight. Bunny Glamazon looked like a barbie too me so I expected an easy match. But she is (still active) really strong too. I think most session guys would have a hard time beating both of them.

Wrestling plus size women is an absolute crap shoot. Either I win easily or get dominated.

Do you think they belong in the community or should they become more "fit" to compete?

Is anyone interested in competing with a plus sized fighter?

Thanks... genuinely curious and open for ALL response, good bad and indifferent.
Depends on what you mean by plus size, I suppose. I like curvy girls, absolutely. Zoe is 5'4" and 180, as I recall. She was a lot of fun to wrestle, and I very much hope to have more sessions with her in the future. I always really wanted to wrestle Moxie Mayhem when she was active, and she was a tall, thick (and very curvy) girl. Years ago, I wrestled Lola from Dallas, who was 5'7" and 220.

All of them could count as plus size, and I think they're awesome, and being thick, curvy girls made me _more_ likely to session with them, so they absolutely belong as part of the community.

That said, even liking thicker girls quite a bit, I don't have a lot of interest in wrestling someone the size of say, Gaining Gabby, but we've all got our individual tastes, and I think it's great that there are ladies out there willing to cater to those tastes, even when they're not ones I share. I, for instance, have zero interest in wrestling a bodybuilder, and that's part of the fantasy for a lot of people here.

For me personally, curvy woman are really tempting, because their pure size suggest, that they can dominate me with ease, while on the other hand I find it hard to believe, a petite 5'2/100 lbs girl can do the same.
Also from personal experience woman with thicker or larger thighs always have really powerful scissorholds.
