Re: Female Celebrity Faked Scissors (Photoshop)
Hi Tarmac,
Love your work. If I could take up your invitation for requests and suggest red headed British model Daisy Pettinger. If I could request the hold in the images be a reverse headscissor like below that would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! |

Re: Female Celebrity Faked Scissors (Photoshop)
Hi Taramac,
Thank you very much for doing these! I wasn't expecting you to do them so quickly. They are great, I particularly like the first image which was exactly what I was looking for. Sorry I didn't really appreciate the angle of the images of Daisy compared to the angle of the scissor photo when choosing them. Would it be the case that, with the images of Daisy she is facing the camera then with the 'scissor' images you would need to get a front on 'over the shoulder' shot of the scissorhold as the girl is likely to be facing the camera (well relatively so). I've probably not explained that so well so I've attached a few more images. Would you be kind enough to have a look to see if they are any better for a similar angle like the first image you did? Thanks once again |

Re: Female Celebrity Faked Scissors (Photoshop)
Thanks for the requests again. The head shots you have chosen ...I already can see by just a glance that the resolution, grainyness, and hair will not make the end result work. (As you can see in yesterdays results.) Clear headshots that are as clear as your scissor photo and around the same size works best. I wasn't clear on the post with the new requests and didn't understand quite clearly what you were trying to say, lol. But I have a few pointers that I got off of another fake site. Maybe these will help when looking for the two shots you want to use:
I'll start out by stating some very basic tenets of faking. 1. Choose a HS (head shot) that somewhat resembles the HS of the body model. 2. Watch your lighting. If the BS (body shot) is taken outdoors, don't try to place a HS of a celeb taken inside. 3. If the BS and the HS are pointing opposite directions, vertically flip the BS, not the HS. Celebs facial features are very recognizable, if you flip the face, it's going to usually look awkward. 4. Choose a HS that is larger than the BS. It is always better to downsize the head to fit the body rather than expanding the HS. 5. Hairstyles make the celeb!! Try to use as much of the celeb's hair as possible. Once these guidelines are understood...you should be able to just look at a photo and instantly say to yourself that this WILL work. For instance if you have a headshot with the size of 236 x 362 and a scissor shot of 1280 x 720...you would need to stretch the headshot so much that it would lose any quality and end up fuzzy. And if you shrink the scissor photo it would be way too small. I hope these guidelines are a help to you or anyone else that is interested. I have been doing this for about 10 years now and have taught myself and am learning new things myself along the way. I will keep an eye out for any new pics of this model. If you have anyone else with a more wide variety of clear photos then by all means, shoot them my way and I will see what I can do with what you have sent. Cheers mate. Re: Female Celebrity Faked Scissors (Photoshop)
Thank you very much for taking the time to post guidance on photoshop. As a complete novice in this area reading it was very useful.
Also, thank you for making an image with the images I sent you even though it was not the most suitable source material. I think what you've produced is great and I can definitely imagine her reverse headscissoring someone which to me means it is a success. Certainly if I find any better images of this girl I will send them your way. Or if I think of another girl with a larger selection of source material out there. Thanks once again. |

I am definitely up to challenges but not all have a end result that i am happy with. Sometimes I see a photo with a headshot that jumps right out and when I add it to a background photo they fit like a jigsaw puzzle and in ten minutes I have a fantasy come true. Other times, I can spend an hour or two and three or four tries and nothing results. I am looking forward to any other challenges that are put before me. Take care. |

Re: Female Celebrity Faked Scissors (Photoshop)
I had a request the other day for some celebrity girls squeezing their boyfriends/ex's. I am really not up to date on who is dating who or who broke up with who. I f you have any suggestions I would welcome them. In the meantime here is one while I work on a few others.
