Default Foot chokes / holds
I'm a big fan of mixed wrestling where girls choke, submit, or pin guys using their feet, so I'll go ahead and post a few images. I'll probably post some more later, and I apologize if some of the images appear blurry.
Also, feel free to add to this thread if anyone else knows any other moves.



In this move, the girl pulls and immobilizes the guy's left arm with her own left arm while choking him with her left foot. Simultaneously, she also pins his stomach or groin to the floor with her right knee and immobilizes his other arm with her right foot.

In this move, the girl chokes the guy by pressing the shin of her right foot against the guy's neck, crossing her right arm around behind his head and then grabbing and pressing the same foot down to apply additional pressure, while using her left foot to apply even more pressure to her other foot, and makes it yet even tighter by pressing both feet down using her left arm.

In this move, the girl chokes the guy by pressing the shin of her right foot up against the guy's neck, wrapping the opposite leg around behind the guy's head and pulling down, and then uses both arms to pull down and apply additional pressure.

The girl presses the shin of her right foot upward against the guy's neck using her left leg, while also pulling and immobilizing his arms.

The girl sits atop the guy and crosses her shins against the guy's neck while grabbing hold of both arms.

The girl sits atop the guy and chokes him with her shin.

With no chance to escape, with no way to get your nose away, I love a sole/soles fixed in my face. Stinky soles, it is so humiliating. Why are pictures of this footsmellingholds so rare?
