Default Teaching someone how to scissor?

So I'm going to be teaching a friend how to scissor, and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what the based way of doing that is?

She has the muscle in her thighs to give a very painfull scissor but I know that technique plays a big part in a good scissor. In particular it would be body scissors mainly and a reanactement of Xenia Onatopp's sauna and bedroom scenes.

Any help would be amazing.

Show her the Xeina scene to begin with then describe how to properly apply the hold. Tell her to wrap her legs tightly around you then lock her ankles together. Once she's done that tell her to try to extend her legs using the power from her quads, that'll naturally force her legs together. Once she's done that she can then start to squeeze with her innner thighs as well.

How did this situation come about? Is she your girlfriend? Or is this more of a paid session type thing?

She should be locking her feet, not her ankles. Locking the feet generates far more power. Locking the ankles gets uncomfortable after a while.

I've been in the exact situation. Luckily, the friends I've taught learned it in a pretty natural way, and not much teaching was necessary. It was still really fun though! Is she athletic?

She needs to practice flexing her glutes as hard as possible, this is where 80% of the power for scissoring comes from, especially the guard/body scissors hold. That's the basic thing she needs 1st. The inner and upper thigh muscles are what separates the ladies with elite scissor holds, but they only make up about 20% of the force when the holds are done right.

my wife really like it when she learned how to do the "snap squeeze" when she applies a scissors, you might want to teach her that
