Girl Felice Herrig: Devastating Knees & Beautiful Feet
Knees can cause devastation. A big, dense bone that can fracture skulls, shatter ribcages, break limbs. Knee strikes have knocked many fighters unconscious.

Yes, it's true and very true. Knees strikes are one of the most lethal techniques. She can easy kill a man with knee to head or to stomach, tearing his liver or spleen or crushing his ribcage.

If not kill, it would certainly be a long and arduous road to recovery requiring hospitalisation and extensive rehabilitation. Getting your life back together after being devastated by those knees would take a long time. The mental scars would probably stay with you for the rest of your life. Every time you saw the hard knees of a woman in a short skirt, etc, it would bring back painful memories.

Update:

After 1 year and 3 months, Felice Herrig made a successful and highly impressive return to the UFC on the Holm V Shevchenko undercard.



Fighting in her home town of Chicago, Felice needed less than 2 minutes to see off the scrappy Hawaiian Kailin Curran via rear naked choke.



Look at the amazing physical condition she is in.
