Default Best exercise for strong scissors?

Hey i was just wondering, what type of sports background can help a woman have a strong headscissor? My ex was a horserider and had really strong inner thighs - she could trap me without even locking her ankles. Got me wondering what other sports can build up a lot of leg strength?

A few obvious ones come to mind:

Pole dancers - all they do is grip a pole over and over with their legs, any of you been scissored by a pole dancer?

Horse riders - again lots of leg strength

Gymnasts

Ballet dancers

Can you think of any others? What was the strongest headscissor you've ever felt and what was her background?

I know its an obvious one, but grappling/jiu-jitsu girls are constantly using bodyscissors from the "guard" position. Also these girls rely heavily on triangle-chokes etc. so whilst they may not have the leg development of say, sprinters, bodybuilders etc. it's more specific and their inner thigh-muscles will have far greater endurance to trap you for a long time, wearing you out before you tap or nap

Girls who play soccer usually have well developed thighs and calves. Apart from that, the obvious dancers, horse riders and gymnasts.
But also the legs of most female tennis players look gorgeous.

I was on the receiving end of a brutally powerful and of course extremely arousing series of body scissors in the pool at a new years eve party a few years ago. I asked the lovely young girl where she developed such amazingly strong legs and she told me she used to be a competitive figure skater. So, since then, I've had a rather keen interest in that particular event whenever the Winter Games roll around. Never would've guessed otherwise....

Also: Soccer (football) players
Track Cyclists
Hurdlers
Rowers

And ill second the horse riding one. A good friend of mine has been riding for years and well, she's just incredible!

ADD RUNNERS.. I know this.. because its me I run on a slight incline almost every single day between 5 and 7 miles. .. And I barely do any weight lifting for legs anymore and they are still extremely powerful.
Also there is a machine where you squeeze in and out with your legs .. it works your inner thighs, this helps too even thou i hardly ever do it anymore.
Genetics may also play a part, I'm pretty short, 5'1 so it gives me much more thickness in my thighs which helps having powerful scissors.

for straight headscissor,in my opinion the front leg muscels are more important than the inner thigh-muscles.

according to this sprinters, ice skaters, soccer players, rowers should be very good at these kind of scissors because of their big and trained frontual leg muscelsand strength.

Pole dancers Ballet dancers, grappling/jiu-jitsu girls, gymnasts should have good scissors as well as they have very trained legs, have a great coordination (and/or techniqe) and flexebility.

tennis players have good leg muscels as well and a good stamina . horse riders shouldbe perfect for frond body scissors, where you need both the inner thight and the frot thight muscles.

when it come to cyclists i would love to be scissored by victoria pendleton, she looks fantastic in lycra shorts and her thighs look incredible, and any woman who spends hours riding a bicycle is gonna be able to scissor and hold anyone for as long as they like, you can also add swimmers and downhill skiers to that list some of their thighs, wow.

Runners, soccer players, volleyball players.
I think those ones are good enough to respect their legs
Also, the best exercise for strong scissors is.. Strong scissors everyday

Not a sport, but wallsits for an extended period (10+ minutes) are a killer leg exercise. I know a woman who did a 30 minute wallsit (and won a free month at our gym lol) and her legs are hella strong.
