Pinned Down Home-made videos?

People,

What do you think of home-made videos, with one fixed camera (as opposed to having a cameraman moving around the mats)?

Would you buy the videos of a couple wrestling together, wearing catwoman or latex types of masks?

On my side, I have really enjoyed professionally produced videos by wrestling companies for years, and I still do.
But I find something very unique in home-videos. Even if the camera is still, fixed, I have a feeling of witnessing the very private wrestling time of the people being filmed and entering their home and most intimate moments.

What about you?

It's okay, as long as the camera gets the angle, then the fixed camera is okay for me. Obviously having a good camera man/woman who doesn't talk will be miles better but if you can't get that individual, then the home made style is okay.

Masks turn me off...always. I understand the obvious reasons why...but they still turn me off and I don't really buy videos with male or female victims having masks. I guess those type of masks that the company "Mistress Smothering and Drowning"(before all clips were removed) had them wear were "ok"

What do you mean by "type of masks that the company "Mistress Smothering and Drowning": any picture to illustrate please?

Also, what do you mean "by angle"?
I have seen very cool home-made videos where the camera just faces the action from the front, and others with a 45° angle. Not an issue for me, just different types and pleasure.

They would typically wear masks that just covered their eyes, sort of like a "Lone Ranger" type of mask.

I mean getting the actual action you are trying to record, of course . It's a major turn off for me when a person is getting scissored, but their body and face is out of the camera view. Or when action starts and they both get outside of what the camera is recording. This isn't done on purpose a lot of the time, but by mistake or neglect.

I prefer when both individuals are in Camera view. Exceptions to this is when the person deliberately holds the camera in a way to show the persons struggle or reaction

Ok, got it regarding the angle. I agree with you on that point.

That's why I prefer watching masked people than people unmasked keeping their face outside of the camera angle.

The nice addition I see in watching masked people is the ability to develop your fantasy about how and what that wrestling person really is.
I am putting myself in their shoes and I think: "Ok, so, that female just truly loves wrestling and dominating her opponent. She just can't disclose her identity because of her job, but it makes it even more exciting knowing that she still makes effort to share her wrestling experience with others."

Not sure if I am clear enough on that one.
Another aspect is like a superhero kind of things: You know, that kind and shy executive assistant turning into Wonder Woman, Catwoman, etc.
It tells a lot about the psychology of the person: it means that she puts a lot of intentions and sense into the act of wrestling.

Yes fun wrestler, i know what you mean... I have seen so many videos now and have come to love certain styles of video production, and i have great deal of time for these kinds of videos. Static camera, or say for instance a good video would be some one, like a neighbour or a passer by sees a couple wrestling through a window or in the back garden and they film it, the woman dressed in a black leotard and a mask manhandling the man around who is also dressed in wrestling attire.

My friend was a cab driver a few years back and he had these two clients, a couple. Man and woman in mybe there early 30's. They would always mess around he told me, he would be sitting in the front of the cab and he's wife would get him in a choke hold that kind of thing, and really trying to kill the poor man, my mate would just laugh and tell them off for fucking around. It would be talking, they was really good people he told me Then all of a sudden boom, she is trying to choke him to death but in a fun way, not malicious. What was odd though he told me a episode one night, he was on the road going to a job and he sees them, he was in a leotard (yes a womans leotard) and she was chasing him, they was sprinting, he was running from her she was in a super hero costume, i think super woman. He wanted to stop and see what the hell was going on, because it looked like he was running for hes life and she was chasing him down. One crazy couple and i guarantee they had some good wrestling matches, be great on film.

I absolutely love the idea. Before the 'net got throttled back and commercialism took it over there was a lot of homemade stuff. My tastes vary greatly but I've noticed over the years everything has the same ambiance.
Wrestling is something I don't know a lot about so will not comment on it but in the case of femdom or trampling its all become boring and mundane.
the scripting and acting are obvious and take away from the spontaneity of late '90s videos.
Every time I find a new website my heart gives a little flutter hoping its going to be diffrent then the others but it rarely is.

@[Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]: That's a bit the feeling I get too, as you understood.
Still, it is not so easy to formulate what we would like to see as "fresh" atmospheres, correct?

I guess it all comes from the "intimacy" the video insufflates. On my side, I kind on need my "special regular meetings" with the same wrestlers when I like one. What I mean is that I need to be able to sneak in her videos as if I was following the story of a wrestler, seeing her (or him) progress from one "episode" to the next. Or, seeing how the rivalry and strength comparison evolves between 2 wrestlers one match after the other.
I am very much into that "revenge" type of match: Will she finally be able to win?

Also, I like it when special rules or special techniques are introduced. It can be as simple as a contest where one wrestler applies a pin on the other and a timer shows who is the quicker to get out... or submit.
