I wonder why you still have a "Insider" forum for those about to contributing a lot to our forums. In the past, we all used it for sharing high quality vids from great producers, but again - it is forbidden due to copyright issues.
There is nothing going on in the contributors' section at the moment, so you are not missing out.

Hi, @[Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]! I updated the configuration two days ago. Most people lost points as a result, especially long-time members. The main change was that you get twice as less points now for days registered. Before it was a very significant part of the whole, and I felt it is not fair. For ex, if someone has registered in 2001 and hasn't made a single post, would have more experience points than a user who has registered last year and been quite active.

Now you get twice as less points for the amount of days you have been a member. The focus shifted a little more towards posts / threads / participation / visits.

I am a little confused Zweig,
I started a topic "Tall/short comparison" and you merged it with a 4 years old
thread with only one reply ! Had I found that old thread and posted there then I would be punished, lol. However you yourself merge my post with the old thread and resurrect it !

Hey Jo! Necromancing points are no longer a thing. You can and should resurrect older topics if you have something of value to add, which you obviously did, which is why I joined your post with the original topic.

Any real life rewards like sessions or something for points? Boy would that be cool. Or all the highest point members could get together and do a scissor party or something as a thanks for the contribution. Just an idea.
