Make it a game. Have fun.

Try this. Ask her to work out with you. When you guys are working out, have fun. Joke. Tease her. Have a good time working out.

Then, near the end of working suggest doing a workout "finisher." A finsher is a really taxing, challenging cardio activity to burn yourself out, kind of like burpees, but you won't suggest burpees.

Instead get on your knees and say "Let's play a game. You have 5 minutes to get me on my back and pin me. . . go!"

She may be tentative at first. Don't fight back and pin her, just defend against her attempts. Pretty soon, she will get frustrated and the competitiveness will come out and she'll get more aggressive. Smile, taunt her. Tell her she's doing great, but NOT god enough to pin YOU!

Have fun.

I am Italian from Po Valley too and confirm Hector's opinion: very few Italians unluckily accept female wrestling.
Thank you, Hector, to let me know this very interesting and innovative French movie!

I am agree , so i think that this factor must be rilevant in our mind.Often we have a wrong image of women .Men should change their world vision , because an hostile being must be see for what is and not for a friend .Women can hate a man and make great smile to him more easy than men.I know some about this stuff
