Arm wrestling experiences
Thought I'd ask what experiences with armwrestling you have had with women. Firstly I'm not intending this to be a discussion on fantasy stories etc, just real events and how the match unfolded truthfully. If you let her win, or if you struggled, or how the match went. I want to gauge what sort of girls have the capability of winning matches and against what guys. so please try to be as honest as possible.
I'm also trying to work out if a 6'0 + girl especially big bodied is going to be super strong in armwrestling or not. Some tall girls like Amazon Vanessa seem rather weak given their height. For me my notable experiences were when I was 10, I won easily I was surprised as she looked strong. when I was 22, secretly I wanted to let her win, but couldn't bring myself to doing it as I was at the bar with all my mates. she was a stocky girl but I won with a little difficulty at the starting point for 5 seconds. on holiday, slim fit looking girl, no competition real easy. dominatrix, 5'10 real big bodied, but fairly firm. I tested her for 15 seconds, then went all out and put her on the ground. I then let her win the next two matches. mid 30s escort, about 5'8 didn't look very big nearly walked out when I said, I'm not sure if you're that strong, she flexed and I was impressed. I remember saying to myself I'm going all out on this one. I went 100% from the start and I couldn't budge her arm, I only won after she gave in or tired out. Same week, late 20s escort, 6'0, very big bodied, looked like a swimmer. It went the same as the last one. Up to this point I hadn't done much working out in the gym, maybe 1 year full on, and if I remember my biceps were barely 11.5 inches, I could bench maybe 110lb if I was lucky. Since then I haven't armwrestled anyone, I wish I had the confidence to ask some girls. I'm also wondering if all the working out I've done has had much impact on armwrestling strength or whether its negligible, after all I've hardly worked my biceps, and my curls are like 95lb. But still to this day. I've not lost a single match. |

Re: Armwrestling experiences
I had a friend, she was about 5'7, 140 pounds. Soccer player/swimmer. She had started to work out and one time I visited her she wanted to try me. She was in great shape, decent sized arms though not cut. We went for a walk through a park and found a picnic table, sat down and started. Right arm first.
I wasn't sitting straight on, so I was weakened slightly. We were stale mated for probably 2 minutes to so. Then she ever so slowly took me down, it probably took another 2 for her to win. She was pretty excited and wanted go lefty, so I adjusted how I was sitting and we went at it lefty. Started off the same way, stalemated for a few minutes, and then I took her down, probably within in 30 seconds. We hung out some more and then headed back to her place. As we were talking she talked about how she couldn't believe she beat me, so I suggested we go righty again saying I was sitting funny, and it might have a different outcome. Exactly the same outcome this time as well. First of three times we went at it. |

Re: Armwrestling experiences
We were both 21. I'm 5'11 and was probably about 180 or 190. I had done some lifting but then got preoccupied with school and work and fell off, started getting back into it right around that time. She had been doing basic body weight stuff plus swimming for a while.

Re: Armwrestling experiences
When armwrestling is followed by a groundfight, that can be dangerous, particular
when the girl is a judokate.. |

Re: Armwrestling experiences
I've had a lot of arm wrestling experiences. If you're like me and you want to lose fair and square, you've got to learn how to pick the right girl. Let's be honest, only a large minority can really take down an average guy. If I had to guess, I'd say probably one in a hundred women that we'd really be attracted to are truly capable.
But sometimes there are physical indicators that can give us hints. The best indicator will always be the appearance of a bicep or forearm. And it doesn't always have to be defined. But you must look for at least a little thickness. Even if that thickness appears to be more fat than muscle, it can still be an indicator of good physical strength. Another indicator is height. Not that all short girls, that's not the case at all. But the taller girls are usually more likely to be pretty strong. Another indicator of physical strength is a neck; that's right a neck! I don't know why, but a thicker than average neck can sometimes be a good indicator. And finally a personality. If she's flirty in a way that she likes to hint at play fighting or wrestling, then she might've been in the situation before and be confident in her strength. Take any two of these on one girl, and you've probably got a girl who can match up with the average guy pretty favorably. But there's one more thing you need to know. Some of thee girls won't have the confidence. And as soon as they feel you starting to apply some pressure, they'll give up. So especially for girls who don't have any confidence (most girls period), you don't want to jump in at full speed. Let her build a little confidence and you might find yourself in an even match. |

Re: Armwrestling experiences
No wonder, 95lbs curls is pretty good, it sure makes a difference, I assume you have the same kind of strength in your back, that's equally important specially if you also have the technic, paramount. I used to have friends who were into AW championships and they teached me.
When I curled 2x30kg = 2x65lbs I reckon very few persons, girls or guys, could beat me. I only remember trying it during a session with a muscular and very strong FMA who was into it : Lady Tamara from Düsseldorf in 2005, maybe she was even the one who proposed it, it was at her place and she had a nice stand to AW, no handles but very close an official bench, I beat her in ≈ 15 sec ... i.e. with a lot of resistance, I was impressed. Few minutes latter she wiped the floor with me and choke me out few times, she was also a very skilled jiujitsu practitioner, but that's another story. Since I'm doing 2x35lbs I clearly see the difference, although I would still win 8 or 9/10 against session girls, Brigitta in 2011 beat me flat out ... 1 sec bang ! I tried again with my full force and technic ... 1 sec bang ! But she is/was extremely strong, not just an FBB but a martial artists from a young age, karate black belt, national or European level. |

I think a strong upper back is key too. Isn't the forearm key to the finisher? I'll try to post a photo of my upper body tomorrow. I bb curl 95lbX5, bench 100x1. I weigh 70kg but slightly overweight, just under 14' biceps after a workout. What do you think from experience? Last edited by wrestling79; 02-Mar-15 at 19:23. |

I reckon most of those girls will beat me, especially #1. I may get a chance to AW soemone very similar to #1 soon, and I just found out she can row a barbell of 70kg lying flat on a bench. Thats damn heavy as. |
