Sorry, but you do need the right platform - the right genetics - to excel athletically whether you're a man or a woman. I'm secure enough to admit that you could give me all the best training in the world and I'd never come close to out-sprinting someone like Dafne Schippers on her worst day and I'm a pretty fit guy who's in good health (touch wood) who runs swims and weight trains regularly.

The truth is there is as much disparity AMONG genders as there is between them and that disparity is huge.

Elite women can and clearly do beat non-elite men. FACT. Deal with it, please.

She's hot but I love how Yelena Isinbayeva dominates so many huge and in some cases, powerful nations of proud men, such as Pakistan. So few men can compete with her.
I agree. People who think training, technique, and mechanics are the difference when one runner destroys another in a race have never run competitive track before. Running with the right form helps shave hundredths of a second and in extreme situations where someone has awful mechanics, tenths of of a second off a time. But when someone finishes an entire second ahead of another in a 100 meter dash, technique has nothing to do with it. Elite level track athletes are all born with that talent. It is not trained.

Her personal best at long jump is 7.05m compared to the women's world record at 7.52m, but she still beats the Yemeni male record of 6.55m! The men of Yemen simply can't match the athleticism of this sexy tall Russian blonde! A very humbling fact for the men there who consider women inferior.
fan of her. love to see one of my favorite female athletes beat those guys. Ivana Spanovic will do the same.

Give the males from yemene the same conditions, training, eating, supplementing and they will exceed her.

Another howler.

So by your logic, we can't say Usain Bolt was superior to his rivals because he ran the 100m fast? You realise that's the whole objective of the sport, right?

Dafne Schippers is superior to the best male sprinters many nations have on record! Sport is about results. You get better results, you get the mantle of being superior. Everything else is excuses. Case Closed!

Some of you just can't accept the fact that some female athletes are capable of beating non-elite male athletes, can you?

Obviously PEDs exist in sports, but as you see, those men can be just as guilty.

I don't think you quite understood my point. But doesn't matter, carry on.

It seems like some Westerners will never give Eastern European women any credit at all. It's also evidenced by how viciously they attack them because of alleged doping, there has been an entire campaign trying to shame those women! There has always been a lot of anti-Slavic racism in the West but I forgive them because they just live in close-minded and prejudiced societies. Fortunately, not all people are prejudiced like you and they appreciate this thread.
Okay now you're talking nonsense. In Western Europe and North America we try and hunt down our drug cheats even when they pass all the drug tests and become superstars like Marion Jones and Lance Armstrong. In Eastern Europe on the other hand there is a long and sordid history of state sponsored doping. Heck of a difference.

Those guys passed millions of tests before being caught. The only reason why Armstrong was "caught" (in fact, technically he wasn't) was because of his arrogance which caused an entire witch hunt against him and people started to testify against him and everything. If the control was so effective why did he get away with it all the time for so long? And if he can get away with it why can't other people? Getting away with doping for top American athletes is more like passing an IQ test than anything else. They have money and they can get the top designer things. Also look at the NFL and NBA, all of them obviously dopped. Where is the control there, where is this "we need to catch them", "no place for cheaters" mentality? Those are the most popular American sports and everyone is on PEDs there. So clearly, Americans are not bothered by PEDs. Serena Williams, Phelps, Floyd Mayweather etc. Do you really think those guys are clean? Come on. America has a culture of abusing steroids, all of those top athletes do it. Not just the athletes but a lot of ordinary people too. They're the last to point their finger at anyone. If people from Eastern Europe abuse PEDs they're just playing by the rules that other countries set, I couldn't care less.

It's hilarious how much bias people have against Eastern Europe. Also you lump all of those countries together. What kind of state doping did exist in Yugoslavia for example? Please back it up and show me examples of Yugoslavia and its successor states having this history of state doping.

Also most of these Eastern European female athletes at least pass the eye test, that's why I posted pics of so many feminine and sexy looking female athletes from Eastern Europe. American female athletes are much more manly looking than them and show much more visible signs of steroid abuse.

But if you want to think that Darya Klishina is on steroids and Serena Williams isn't, that's your thing...

The way people accuse Eastern European female athletes of steroids you'd think that they would look so manly that you'd hardly recognize they're women, yet Russian elite female athletes look like this...

Exactly. Sprinting IS about power and fast twitch muscles. There has never in the history of track and field, where a broadcaster says "(Sprinter X) has won the race due to his superior technique." When you win a 100 meter dash, it is due to your speed. Each and every time. Sprinting technique is not rocket science.

I wonder how a country like Iran or Mongolia - who have elite level wrestling and judo - in the mens division would fare in track and field events against top women.
