If the WWE knew what they were doing Jennifer would be on every week challanging the current divas. She's the total package. Great wrestling skills, great at trash talking and beautiful on top of all that. If she didn't live 3000 miles away from me I would have sessioned with her long ago. I'm hoping to change that this summer.

That’s really a great question, but I think even though most of the WWE girls are in really good shape I’m not sure they would have the skill set to beat most session wrestlers.

And even though they are in great shape without that skill not to sure they would be able to beat the average guy like a session wrestle is.

Though I certainly wouldn’t mind testing my theroy or just be able to watch them go against a jobber in some kind of competive match.

I would have doubts because of stamina. The last time I wrestled I was shot in like 2 minutes.

Damn I’m jealous. I’ve had two sessions with Nikki and always badly wanted a third.

Enjoy!!

If the WWE wrestlers have an advantage, it's stamina.

Their match stunts usually involve most muscle groups in the body. And bouts can last five-plus minutes.

They may be acting, but they're incredible athletes.

But a session match can go as long as an hour. Plus they are really wrestling. Even if the pro wrestler has better stamina I don’t think they could out wrestle a session girl

Flexibility as well. When I went to my first jiu jitsu class in years 2 thing stood out.

1. I'm not as flexible as I used to be

2. I used to be able to roll for a half hour. Now I'm done in minutes.

When discussing WWE women wrestlers, it must be noted that there have been two types in recent history: today, there are women that perform in the ring, but most actually possess some wrestling ability. In the case of some of them, there's a lot of athleticism there. In the time of Kelly Kelly, not only were women just actresses playing a role but most were so non-athletic that their performances looked ridiculous.

Kelly Kelly is one of the best examples of that old-style WWE 'wrestler.' She was a model whom they put in a wrestling ring. She could no more wrestle than could gals like Torrie Wilson, Stacy Kiebler or Terri Runnels. Any sessions wrestler would destroy them in seconds, imo.

Of course, there were a few decent wrestlers back then but the fact they were often scripted to lose to the Kelly Kelly types shows only that they were performing, not wrestling. The advantage of using the few trained wrestlers at least allowed somewhat better matches; the wrestler could coach the actress to a match that seemed more realistic.

But, even today, could a session girl defeat a decent wrestler like Sasha Banks or Charlotte Flair?

I say......... yes.

Torrie Wilson was a fitness model. Are all these session wrestlers trained?
