***Just so everyone knows I didnt write this, a friend of mine did and said I should put it here.

Lori had just got back to her apartment in the Village from Cheer practice at the small College she attended.

No more than 5 minutes later, Lori heard footsteps coming down the hallway to the living room.

Her years of cheer and gymnastics gave her both strength and stamina.
After 10 minutes or so of this she felt Sonika weakening, so she made her move to the next hold.
She slowly worked her way behind Sonika while maintaining the scissors, but now she was in a position to secure a solid full nelson AND the scissors, which she now switched to a figure 4 scissors around Sonika's waist.

She squeezed and shook Sonika until she felt there wasnt much resistance left, then pushed her away. Before Sonika could gather herself, Lori went behind her and pulled both arms straight back while pushing her own bare feet between Sonika's shoulder blades, then she started to pull backward.
