Don't think it's about having a dark secret or so! In your initial contacts with a provider you may never know what may tick her in a wrong way and before you know you are infamous on her social media accounts and her 'frantic followers' then don't care who is in the wrong but simply come after you.
Someone I knew once strongly disagreed to a session provider because he thought she was being very disrespectful to a very specific race and she simply went berserk and threatened to put his details out and say he was harassing her. Though she later came back & apologised and explained she was in a bad place but for a while he was not in a very comfortable position considering she had his authentic details.

I just would not get involved with someone like that.

Well, this isn't really true. Only in the most extreme cases would someone be set off to this extent by a bland but generally friendly email. Anyway, I can't ever remember writing a message I would be loathed to forward to Jennifer/WB/Cheryl Harris in the event some dispute happened.

Usually all that's required is a first name and a phone/cell number. I've booked sessions with as little as my e-mail.

I see your point, but there can be spectres: Marriage/relationship, public reprehension, career rep., perceptions & judgments of the "non-initiated".... And let's face it, once we're on the 'Net, we're there to stay. When I google one old screen name I used extensively, I appear as having commented on my video and session with a well-known wrestler, Kristiana.... reckless on my part.

To the first point: One might say that if one is married/strongly involved, they shouldn't be doing this in the first place. Well, I don't know about you other gents, but it doesn't always quite work like that... A fetish can be strongly ingrained... and frankly a part of your entire life, as with me from a very young age.
Ah, but hey... that's just me.

My recommendation is to stay anonymous.

That primarily means using an email account not easily leading to you.
And if phone is to be used then a software burner phone . . .
- in addition to that you should wear a mask
- stuff a cushion under your shirt to change your silhouette (like I do )
- use a detector for electronic devices to find hidden cameras
- dont drive home on the direct way . . .

There are too many girls just waiting to stalk you

Come on guys, what is wrong with you.

I always use my full name in my emails but after nearly 500 sessions now it never happend to me that a girl was peeking through my window afterwards

By the way, I know the real name of about a third of the sessiongirls I met
and on my wrestling travels a few of them even let me stay at their location over night.

Its just a thing of trust.

If I were a girl, I would feel safer if I knew the real name of my clients.

This is one of the reasons that I use my real name (and offer to send a deposit by a method that will confirm it).

It's more fun that way for me actually.

Everybody can have legitimate concerns and I don't think there is one and only recommendation.
But I agree that sometimes we are too much worried about safety.

I have a specific email account for wrestling (more for convenience than privacy matters) but I use my real first name, and wrestlers/providers also know my full details when i sent deposits.
I also think this is about trust : there is nothing to gain in stalking or stealing, and the Internet or social media allow people in this scene to build reputations or to tell about bad experiences.
And at the end, it is just a matter of being comfortable about oneself. Nowadays i don't even have a fear of "being found out", but it was completely different a while ago.

In any transaction involving a girl wrestler, I always think the first concern is to make her comfortable. She is out there, publicly available for contact. I use my real first name -- nobody has ever asked for my last -- and tell her whom else she can call who has been with me. I like women and hurting one of them would be absolutely the last thing I would want to do -- call Veve and check.
