Anna, in the top picture, how much does that dumbbell weigh that you're holding in your right hand?

in both Hands. -22,5kg each = 45kg complete. the plates are 5kg plates. 4 plates on each dumbell. it´s only pumping the bicep up a bit. in the gym i take also heaver weights. i wanna make some impressive weightlifting Clips in the next months.

the squeeze of death?
when i showed my leg Training -Lifting tons of weight and my meloncrush Videos i have seen that many crush fans exist who contacted me and asked me if i could crush them in my bodyscissor and some asked me if i really would do this.
my answer was and is always -yes i can crush and i broke many ribs in my bodyscissor and when the first 2-3ribs are broken the rest is very easy cause the resistance is broken and it would get a painful dead! but i stop then and so it´s only painful and nothing else.
but for many guy´s it´s not enough and they really offer me big Money and wanna pay the half of it deposit -if i would finish them off that way!
i wouldn´t write that here if i would do this!
i don´t! what i say is, i only kill assholes and not These rare strong women admires! People are crazy! so the squeeze of death offer is ment ironic. i Show them how it feels to die but i don´t finish what i start! i hope they don´t want their Money back then! cause in this Special Situation i would think twice about my decision to let them alive!
