Plus Sized fighters?
I just wanted to get a general opinion of how the community, fellow fighters, fans, contestants and overall readers of this site feel about plus sized fighters?
Do you feel that their weight helps or inhibits them? Do you think they belong in the community or should they become more "fit" to compete? Is anyone interested in competing with a plus sized fighter? Thanks... genuinely curious and open for ALL response, good bad and indifferent. |

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
Personal preference is I like curvy women, a size 14UK and above makes me a happy man. I know also from experience that once they're on top of you they're damn hard to shift, lol.
Since I'm not into competitive matches and much prefer to be dominated their physical ability isn't really a concern since I'm not fighting back. So yes I believe there's a place for them since we all have different tastes, it'd be a boring world if we all liked the same flavour of ice cream |

Thanks for your honest response! I am new to the arena of competitive matches, and just wanted to see what people think about women of size entering their world.

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
Well, their weight is their choice (there are circumstances where this isn't the case obviously), being much larger does have advantages sometimes when wrestling or powerlifting or catfighting. Either outcome of a fight involving opponents of much different sizes can be interesting to watch. How strong are you GG?
I won't pretend that there isn't, let's say a smaller margin for error for me personally finding plus sized women attractive enough that I would want to buy clips/meet/wrestle with them, it definitely causes me to look further down on my mental checklist of priorities. Needless to say for some (though I believe it's a smaller percentage) the opposite is the case, they have to think of reasons why they might find a smaller woman attractive. I also think fashion culture or general culture is in a silly place right now where anything beyond being strangely thin is considered plus sized in some cases, so that makes it harder to discuss this sort of thing. A 175 pound woman might be called plus sized no matter her height or body type for example. |

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
I have wrestled many different types of ladies, from fitness types to curvy to extremely tall.
What is most important to me is if they are attractive and fun to be with. With that said, I think a woman like Megan Fox is gorgeous, but she would still be gorgeous with 40 or 50lbs on her. I'm curious what other guys think. |

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
I dont like watching fat girls...to be bluntly honest. Plus i dont think a 75+ pound weight difference would be fair to smaller girls when it comes to truly competitive matches. The only place i wouldnt mind seeing a fat girl, is as a jobber vs an athletic girl.

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
There's strong-fat and then there's fat-fat. London Andrews and Megan Fox are pretty physically strong for women despite being on the big side. A lot of the "powerful" BBW's on grapplinggirls.com are just fat chicks they pay to lay on top of guys though.

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
I like the idea. A woman like Ashley Graham or someone like this model named Latecia Thomas, who claims to love strength-related exercise. There is a video of her deadlifting on Instagram. She can deadlift at least 200.

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
I like London Andrews, Ina Black, Ashley Graham. I think weight definitely helps in wrestling and bigger girls are also quite strong.

Re: Plus Sized fighters?
Does anyone else agree with me that it's difficult to look at such beautiful ladies and realize they're bigger than myself while still being so attractive?
