My all time favorite pin. Been on both sides of this.
I think it is harder on men than on the women.
Women seem to be flexible enough so they manage.
I find grabbing the ankles an pressing them into the mat to be most effective.
I find it hard to breath and it gets a quick submission.
OTOH, I do relish pressing my opponents feet to the mat and forcing the submission.
Really sucks to lose this way.

BOTS used to do pretty good, realistic mixed fistfights. They were one of the few companies that did.
Not sure why they stopped.
