Anybody else notice the overall quality of the Footmode sites going down? Used to be updated twice a week, now it's been about every week and a half. Some of the sites have gone almost a month between updates!

You're not wrong. It's by no means awful (and they're still better than a lot of other sites in terms of updating), but compared to a three or four years ago, things certainly aren't as streamlined as they once were.

The first signs came a couple of years back, when FeetoftheMonth stopped updating with new sets and instead just posted a bunch of old galleries from across Footmode's other sites. And considering all of their old content is still available on each of their sites, that seems a little redundant.

Over the last year or so, the amount of republished galleries in place of new updates at the main sites has increased too... Usually with old Megan Galleries from her site. And yes, the once clockwork twice weekly updates have also diminished.

Having said all that, the company have been around for a very long time and have perhaps produced more photos in total than any other female combat related sites on the internet. I mean, right now on my hard drive I have somewhere in the region of about 190,000 Footmode photos. And that's only content from the last five years or so, and is far from including every f/f gallery in that time, just on their main sites alone. Not to mention, my own collection doesn't include any of their mixed action (aside from Leo's revenge).

Certainly, off the top of my head, I can't think of another website that's been both as long-running and prolific as Footmode. With that in mind, I guess it's inevitable that things were bound to slow down eventually, as real the lives behind the scenes change.

You're definitely right about that, great counterpoint. I guess we *are* spoiled by them in a major way, but it does bum me out.
