Default Purposelly Making Self Weaker

Good morning everyone,

I have been a member here a while and never quite got the courage to post yet, probably because I havent had the chance to come to terms with my liking for wrestling the oppposite gender.

Around 2 years ago, I was challenged by my then-girlfriend to wrestle just for fun. We'd been cheering on our school co-ed cheerleading team for half a year, and I thought it'd be fun to see how I'd hand her ass to her - frankly speaking. We ended up calling it a draw, but even the fact that I came so close to losing was a huge shock to me. I let it get to me, and after a month we re-matched and she ended up handing my ass to me instead.

The humiliation of losing to her was something else, but it also developed into the fetish that I have today. Since then, I've wrestled a few other girls, all atheletes I've met through school, and all this has made me secretly want to "let myself go" and let my body get physicalyl weaker so that I have to fight that much harder to go up against them if I want to last the whole 15-30 minutes. My question is: 1) does anyone else do this, and 2) is this a normal thing to experience?

Thanks for the welcomes, everyone.

I think it's mostly fantasy, but people who just can't put on mass or who sit at a desk all day (and put on the wrong type of mass) embrace the angle.

I have the opposite problem; my sport involvement makes me consistently put on mass, though I've managed to replace some of the muscle with fat. Even then, I think I like the feeling of makign it easier on the girls. I dont need to at all for some of them, however. They fought and won when I was in my prime, and they could surely wipe the floor with the average man.

Note: I never, ever purposely lose to the girls. I always give it 100%, but I think I'm starting to like putting myself at physical disadvantages beforehand

Yes, many do this. Those who like losing to women. Unless you want to win, of course, you don't generally go 100% against someone you can beat. It's important for me to feel defeated in a real match, but the more exciting thing is the triumph in the opponent's eyes, regardless of whether the match was real or not, as long as she thinks it was.

I like to make myself stronger and be in the best shape possible, so I can have no excuses. I usually work harder int the gym if I know I have a session coming.

But I'm only small so it's not like it makes a huge difference.

There are other solutions.

Wrestle 2 women at the same time.
Work out before you wrestle, so you're spent.
Give them an advantage, like they start out on top of you in a pin or other hold.

I always wanted to lose, but I also, always had respect for my body and I worked out regularly. That made it hard for me to find someone who could beat me, especially at first in my late 20s/early30s, but wrestling 2 ladies at the same time worked. I was soundly trashed most of the time. Same thing happened when I found some ladies who knew Ju Jitsu, like Shannon Logan.

Now that I'm in my 50s, finding ladies who can beat me is easy. But my personal recommendation would be the opposite of letting yourself go. Take care of your body, even if it makes it harder to find matches.

I tried to keep myself in good shape all the time and more so leading up to a session. I'm not a real big guy so adding a little muscle doesn't impact the outcome. Actually I've found it better to improve my flexibility so I don't get injured. The most I'll do to make it easier on the lady is to lose some weight prior to the match. I normally drop 5-8 pounds and one time 20 pounds.

I think you misunderstood him Zweig. I think he means do you purposely get fat or purposely get skinny and not work out so you can legit lose to girls.
