Default The Fight Down Under

Hey all! While I work through the final part of my series [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register], I decided to start up a smaller series. I got inspiration for this series from an old cyber fight that I had a while back. It reminded me how fun those were so if there are any ladies interested in having a cyber wrestling match, feel free to send me a message!

As always, feedback is appreciated! This first part is just to set the scene, Round 1 & 2 will follow shortly.

*****************************

Setting The Stage

The Fight:

Two fighters have been selected to fight in a best-of-three arena-style showdown set in various locations across Australia and New Zealand. Neither fighter knows what they are fighting for or what the showdown is about but their highly competitive nature and exceptional fighting skills ensures that they will do anything to win. There are no rules for this showdown except that each round must have a winner. At the beginning of each round, fighters will have their energy replenished, strength restored and any injuries sustained from the previous round will be healed. Time to introduce our combatants…

Fighter #1: Percy

You wouldn’t call Percy tall, but his lack of stature is not to be underestimated. His lean build reveals his fighting style as he is quick and agile, often using these two factors to whittle away at larger and stronger foes. He is strong for his weight class which often leads to him dazzling crowds with athletic maneuvers that typically leave his opponent sprawled on the ground wondering how he was able to toss them around like a ragdoll. With crew cut hair, hazel eyes and a dazzling smile with dimples, you would say he’s attractive but he would never make the cut as a model. Although he’s chivalrous and kind-hearted, he is not one to be taken lightly in the ring and is willing to take on any opponent thrown his way.

Fighter #2: Sarah

Sarah lived her life as an underdog. Growing up with only brothers taught her how to fight and play with the boys which likely lead to her competing with them in all organized sports including martial arts. As boys her age grew stronger and faster thanks to their natural biology, she took this as a challenge to train harder than ever always ensuring she was never the weak link. You might call her a tomboy but she doesn’t look the part as she has matured into a beautiful woman with straight dirty blonde hair, piercing green eyes and a figure that celebrities pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to maintain. She stands in at an average height for a woman and her hard work in the gym means she is constantly capable of punching above her weight class. She’s quick, flexible and strong which has shown to be a deadly trio in the ring. To her, a fight is only worth fighting if there are no rules to ensure her opponent can’t make any excuses after she beats them.

Default The Fight Down Under - Round 1

Round 1

Mist rolls over the Blue Mountains negating the magical effect that gives them their name. The Three Sisters stand stoically, pushing through the fog and light rain to make themselves seen in the background. Our fighters stand facing one another in an opening, surrounded by dense forest that drips water gathered from the misty air. The forest falls silent as Percy and Sarah work through their respective warm up rituals. Once limbered up, they move into their fighting stances as a mysterious and booming voice announces, “Round 1. Fight!”

Percy goes on the offensive, closing the distance between himself and Sarah quickly, delivering a flurry of punches intending to wear her down. Fists fly towards her head and around her midriff in attempt to find a gap in her guard. One slips through her block, connecting just under her ribs.

Air rushes from Sarah’s lungs as she doubles over from Percy’s jab. Not allowing him to press the advantage, Sarah drives her shoulder into Percy’s stomach. Continuing to push forward Sarah grabs the back of Percy’s thighs and lifts him upwards and slamming him into the ground. She straddles him while sending punches towards his face.

Percy struggles to get his arms up to defend himself and takes a punch in the eye. He see a flash of light and feels it begin to swell. Knowing that he’s in a bad position, he bucks his hips knocking Sarah off balance before he twists to flip her onto her back. Still between her legs he sits up and drives an elbow to her abdomen.

Sarah curses under her breath for losing her advantage and gasps as Percy sends an elbow into her abs. Realizing she still has him in her legs, she locks her ankles together and squeezes her strong thighs together. She smirks as she watches him squirm in her new hold.

Pressure crushes Percy’s ribs and he gasps for air while trying to pry Sarah’s legs apart but they’re locked in and impossible to break with brute strength. He sends a few more punches to her abdomen before he slowly stands, his leg muscles scream out as they strain under the weight of their two bodies. He swings his body sending Sarah’s head towards a nearby tree, dazing her and weakening her hold. He takes advantage of her dizziness and bends her backwards, spinning his body to straddle her back pressing her face into the ground while stretching her legs.

Sarah’s entire body is crying out in pain as Percy puts his down on her lower back. Breathing heavily, she inhales and coughs up dust from the ground. Unable to twist from the hold she desperately searches for something to get leverage. Finding a root, she pulls herself between his legs escaping from the hold temporarily.

Percy releases Sarah’s legs as he loses the hold and turns to deliver a stomp between her shoulder blades sending her face back into the dirt. He quickly grabs her arms and pulls her up into a camel clutch. “You can tap out any time and the pain will end,” He jests.

“Never,” Sarah replies but can feel her energy running desperately low with little room for escape. She kicks her legs looking for something to push off of with no success. Sarah squirms her body but the hold Percy has on her is stretching her body in ways she never thought possible and she begins to feel her muscles cramp up.

Feeling her body begin to give out, Percy wraps his arms around Sarah’s neck to put her in a finishing sleeper hold. Gasping for air, Sarah begins to see stars flash in front of her eyes and knowing that before long she’ll pass out, she weakly begins to tap out. Not feeling the tap initially, Percy continues to cinch his muscles, squeezing every last bit of air out of Sarah. Using the last of her energy, Sarah taps vigorously and Percy drops her into the dirt face first. Sarah’s body falls limp and Percy stands victorious. He flexes while placing a foot on Sarah’s back, “Heh, that didn’t take long.” He gloats with a smirk.

The mysterious voice booms, “Percy Wins!” and darkness falls over the clearing.

Percy 1 - Sarah 0

Sounds like this is going to be a close fight. I hope neither of them die, they sound like great characters. I would have to bet Sarah will win by the details, but I know it will be a close fight

Default The Fight Down Under - Part 2

Round 2

The sun beats down on our two fighters who stand upon the Busselton Jetty. Not a cloud dares to block the rays from shimmering upon the surrounding ocean, causing it to shine a bright green and blue. The planks on the jetty’s deck creak as large rolling waves collide with the wooden pillars holding it over the ocean. A lone seagull perches on a nearby railing cawing as if to cheer on the competitors. Each fighter bounces lightly on the balls of their feet, sweat beading on both their bodies. As the sun glistens off their slick, fit bodies the mysterious voice announces the beginning of the second round, “Round 2. Fight!”

Using the same strategy as the first round, Percy is the first to push the attack. Alternating between punches and low kicks he drives Sarah back looking for an opening. But Sarah’s guard is matching every blow he tries to land, blocking high and low with fluid movements.

As Percy continues to press forward, Sarah feels the railing of the jetty jab into her back warning her that she’s out of space. She ducks from a front kick as Percy’s foot obliterates the railing, sending shards of wood splintering into the crashing waves. The missed kick puts Percy off balance giving Sarah the opportunity to sweep his legs, knocking him onto his back.

Percy rolls away from the edge of the jetty evading a follow up stomp from Sarah. He manages to catch a kick she intended for his ribs, rolling her ankle and bringing her down to the deck. Twisting her legs, he attempts to lock her into a figure four leg lock. Sarah’s eyes widen as she begins to feel the stretch pulse down her entire leg.

Sarah slams her free foot into Percy’s chest before he is able to lock in the hold, slipping from his grip. She rolls backwards and comes up to a defensive crouch. She blows out a sigh of relief, glad she was able to escape before Percy did any damage to her kicking leg.

Percy scrambles to his feet, growling in frustration that he wasn’t able to lock Sarah in. He knows that Sarah’s kicks are her most effective weapon and was hoping he could cripple them before she used them to her advantage. Seeing Sarah crouched defensively, Percy drives forward sending a kick at her head.

Seeing the attack come in, Sarah gets her guard up in time to block the damage from Percy’s kick but the force knocks her up into the air. Landing gracefully on her feet, Sarah quickly dodges a hook from Percy and watches his feet reveal his next move. Percy swiftly transitions from his hook into a roundhouse kick, spinning to air a kick towards Sarah’s head. Seeing the attack coming, Sarah deflects the kick and side steps Percy’s body to stand behind him positioned halfway into the splits. Seeing her opportunity, Sarah sends her foot up between Percy’s legs. She feels her shin collide with her soft target causing a smile to curl up from the edges of her lips.

Percy feels his body lifted from the ground slightly, then his abs tighten into a knot as his knees wobble. The pain quickly emanates from his damaged manhood throughout his whole body, rendering every muscle useless. He curls forward trying to suppress the pain to no avail and he feels his legs give out as he drops to his knees. “Not… Fair…” He sputters out between shuttering breaths.

“That’s the funny thing about men. They can stack everything in their favour and no one bats an eye. But as soon as a girl works to balance the scales, it’s considered unfair. You’ve got big strong muscles, it’s only fair that I leverage your biggest weakness to counter them.” Sarah giggles, clearly enjoying the moment. “Come on big boy, you’re not going to give up after one little hit are you?” She mocks, beckoning Percy to stand.

Percy struggles to stand, trying to overcome the pain coursing through his body. His legs tremble and his gut tightens as he pushes up into a low and unstable fighting stance. Sarah pushes her advantage, not giving him any opportunity to recover from her blow. She sends strikes at his body testing his guards, looking for another weakness.

Percy tries to follow Sarah’s attacks, blocking some of her hits but many of them are slipping through. A fist rings off his ear, dazing him. A kick buckles his knee causing him to grunt in pain. A knee plants itself into his gut, doubling him over.

Percy backs away trying to give himself time to react to Sarah’s relentless attacks. He can feel himself slowing down, wearing out as the round goes on. If he wants to win this best of three he needs to do something quick.

Satisfied with the beating she’s dishing out, Sarah decides it’s time for her signature move. She swings her leg high, feigning a kick to the head. Percy takes the bait and brings his guard up to block. As Sarah’s leg passes over Percy’s head and lands on the deck, she slides it along the wood into a side splits putting her head right in front of her actual desired target.

Realizing his mistake, Percy can do nothing but wait for the inevitable as Sarah sends a devastating uppercut up between his legs. Her fist connects directly with his balls, smashing them up into his body. He feels the wind knocked out of him and let’s out an audible groan as he collapses to his knees and topples over to the ground. This time he isn’t able to make any comment about the attack, fair or otherwise, as all he can do is cough and groan.

Smiling at her opponent crumpled on the jetty, Sarah wraps her legs around Percy’s head in a reverse head scissors, squeezing her thighs to cut off his air supply. “Looks like it’s your turn to tap,” She giggles, enjoying Percy’s feeble struggles.

Percy refuses to tap. Maybe it’s his ego or maybe he didn’t want to lose as the result of a low blow but whichever the case he continues to struggle. He pries at Sarah’s legs trying to get as much air as possible while looking for an opportunity to escape or break the hold.

“The male ego. You should learn to admit when you’re defeated, it’d be less painful in the end.” Sarah smirks, reaching her hand down to apply pressure to Percy’s damaged goods. “I can add a twist if you’d like,” she adds mockingly as Percy’s eyes widen and his body squirms before he vigorously taps out begging for the end of Sarah’s torment.

Sarah laughs and gives Percy a sharp squeeze before flashing a mischievous grin towards him. She stands to celebrate her victory, placing a foot atop her defeated opponent. Percy groans and rolls himself into the fetal position in vain attempt to numb the pain and hide his shame. “Looks like we’re tied,” Sarah blows a kiss down to Percy before kicking her foot to roll his body off the jetty and into the roaring ocean.

The mysterious voice emanates from the crashing waves, “Sarah Wins!” and the sun is blotted out to shed only darkness over the wooden jetty.

Percy 1 - Sarah 1

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I haven't written the final round yet so I'm still not sure who will win it. I can guarantee that it'll be longer than the first two though.
