Ofcourse bench woudln't mean much in terms of arm wrestling strength. Mostly pull ups, weighted pull ups, one arm assisted, towell pull ups, dumbell curls, hammer curls and ofc the armwrestling training by itself. 20 kg each dumbell for 14 reps would be good strength for some regular trained guy if doing with nice form, I think he meant 20 lbs

My back is average, I think I can row with 100% correct form for 8-10 reps at 73kg.

20lb surely not!!! I know a few girls that do 30-35lb db.

But then again, sara backmann only does 90lb barbell curls.

Well I can do 50 kg straight barbell curl 1RM with perfect form without momentum and 20 kg each dumbell is way harder for me.

Interesting you say that, I felt inferior when I saw a girl do a 45kg strict curl, so I tried it out and hit 42.5kg for 5 reps. Should get 1 at close to 50kg. But cant do straight bar because it stresses my joints too much.

I don't do db curls, I did do 22.5kg hammers, but with shit form haha.

Yeah I'm also looking for finding EZ curl bar beacuse my joints are fucked up from those, both wrists and elbows and it weakened my bench, pull ups and everything else basicaly.

I could barely do 3 reps at 40kg with straight bar in the open, so much more strength with the curl bar.

Yes I did mean 20 pounds. On the bar bell curls, I tried 70 pounds and did three or four reps I think. Can't remember exactly.

Hey guys, First post, i found this thread on google after challenging a lady to a match. She was about 6'3 and pretty strong. I had to work hard to win this one. One moment she really put into it and couldnt move her Arm.

I'm also trying to work out if a 6'0 + girl especially big bodied is going to be super strong in armwrestling or not. Some tall girls like Amazon Vanessa seem rather weak given their height.
My daughter's mom is 5-10 and has a solid build. She has relatively small wrists and does not work out regularly but has incredible grip strength and is a freaky strong armwrestler.

Thanks, she looks big and muscular and has a nice smile, too! At end there she looks a little disgusted that she lost. How did she take it? Did she expect to beat you?
