Default Tired session wrestler?

Hi guys,

I never had a wrestling session but just scheduled my first competitive wrestling session as one of my favorite wrestlers is coming to a town nearby.

I managed to book an evening session with her on her fourth or fifth day of wrestling in a row.
Now, I am wondering if she might be tired when it comes to wrestle me, as she probably had many sessions before.

No offence, wrestling girls are no machines.
But, in your opinion, is my worry justified? Did any of you experience some kind of "lame" performance at a late hour?

About my stats:
I'm rather fit, not muscular, 26 yo, 178cm and around 67kg.

Thanks for sharing your experiences.

Not all her sessions will be competitive before your session, some will be domination and other less stressful sessions, so I don't think there is one correct answer, but I have had session's with a traveling wrestler who was worn out.....on our first session when she only had me that day it was a very competitive fight that ended in a draw, we both fought hard, showered and then went to lunch.....the 2nd time I saw her it was at the end of her tour and although it was still fun, it was way less competitive, she was bruised and worn out from a long tour so I took it real easy on her and our session was quite a bit different than the 1st one....you are right, session wrestlers can be tired....good luck

I think most though will try to spread their competitive sessions out to avoid this....in any case good luck

May I suggest something? Competitive does not have to mean you are both going 100%. It can mean you are both going for submissions eg if you are in a class at a mainstream dojo, hopefully at some of the higher belts are not going 100% when they spar with the lower ranking students.

It depends on the session wrestler you booked too. Some have more stamina and endurance than others. Lots of these girls are naturally quite competitive too.

It also depends on their size too, a small wrestler will probably get banged up a little more than bigger ones.

I've had a few late sessions and never had an issue. Only slight thing was once a girl had a cut on her knee which prevented her from really cranking out reverse triangles

Depends a lot on how professional she is about her ‘job’, and/or how much she enjoys her sessions..., and what kind of mood she’s in, and......

If you actually try to 100% wrestle down a session girl she's gonna bolt on you. Very few women offer genuinely competitive

Honestly, I usually tend to book my sessions earlier in the day to avoid this problem. But it's not always a problem. I've never had an issue either way, but I like the idea of being one of her first sessions of the day so she has a lot of energy, etc.

But as someone else said, these women are generally very fit and have good stamina, so many won't have any issues.
