Can’t contact Keri Spectrum

I’m trying to contact Keri Spectrum on her site Spectrum Custom Requests, but I can’t seem to send her an email. I’m trying to go through the Custom Video area of the site, but it keeps saying that I’m not inserting a valid email when I obviously am. Help!

Her e-mail is right there on the front page, lower left, after you click that you consent to viewing the content, but I'd approach with caution because she has a history of not coming through after taking a deposit
