So recently I've seen a new website pop up called thevirtuafiles and it's selling what looks like very old clips from the old virtuadefense site. The pricing is also fairly high, at around 8 dollars for a 90 second video.

I was wondering if this has any affiliation of the original owners of the site, or is it just someone trying to sell their old collection of videos? I wouldn't mind owning a few tbh, but not if I'm supporting someone who's stolen the videos and selling them for their own gain. Would anyone here know much about this?

I'm pretty sure it's legit.

The guy who runs the new site advertises it over on another board. He's still using the same name and e-mail address as he did when he joined it 13 years ago.

He also recognises that the initial cost of clips was a bit high, and says he's looking into it.
