Default Ronda vs Floyd - freestyle grappling, no strikes

No one is going to sanction it, but that's my dream matchup at this point.

Would Floyd be able to pin or submit Ronda in the octagon?

LOL I remember the days that people actually believed that Ronda can beat FM in an MMA match.

If he gave his back to her the way he kept giving his back to Conor (like a chump), then she might have a chance.

If no striking is allowed and assuming that FM has zero skills and knowledge in grappling, i guess it's a matter of strength vs technique. There is a point where the strength difference is so significant that even a superior grappler won't be able to do a thing- for example take sir Gregor clegane, Ronda will not be able to do anything because he's so big and strong. I think this is the case with FM- hes ofcourse not big, but just too strong for her and she won't be able to do anything.

There is no "giving up your back" in boxing since there is absolutely no point in taking one's back to begin with.

Conor figured that out himself eventually and after the fight said that he just wasted a ton of energy grappling with Floyd:

Clinching in boxing is totally different. Any kind of grappling/MMA instincts in boxing work against you.

Ronda wins easily, for the same reason that Mayweather easily beat McGregor: MMA is Ronda's territory, and Mayweather would be an amateur.

I agree. Ronda Rousey would easily defeat any boxer in this type of match.

Ronda would humiliate Floyd in grappling.

Well he said no striking so it's not even an mma match. Also, Holly Holm is an MMA fighter with a boxing and kickboxing background, not just a boxer.

This is kind of a silly question because it's asking would someone who has a giant background in a thing beat someone who has zero background in a thing.
