Don't worry about it, they're fighting against a bunch of people who have way too much time on their hands, we'll figure out a way around whatever blocks and shutdowns they throw at us

The annoying thing is that we lost a ton of the videos and they'll have to be re-upped. I'm sure glad I used multiupload for my videos.

This take down is quite interesting especially in the light of the success the Wikipedia, Google, Reddit blackouts had on SOPA and PIPA.

Though we may have lost this particular battle but this loss doesn't come at a cost to the opposition. The hacker group known as Anonymous is on the offensive as it has attacked many .gov websites as well as commercial business such as universalmusic.com. This is just sick!
I had many private big clips from my own camera there. Hollywood have no right to sieze them. Without sites like Megaupload, one of the most important aspect of having a videocamera is gone.
All 150 milions users should sue them!

Can anyone recommend a good, FAST, free file host? Megaupload was my first choice before.

Can't we at least wait until after the funeral? It has not been decided what will happen with the private files which are stored there.

Most of the files shared here were hosted on megaupload... Now all the links are dead...

I'm willing to re-upload mine if I find a host with minimal ads and doesn't take 2 hours to download a clip.... that is torture.
