From what ethnic background are women most likely to fight with men?

Unfortunately, I don't have enough data to form my own conclusions, so I thought I'd ask the forum.

From what ethnic background are women most likely to fight (wrestle, box) with men?

I have extensive experience with women with an slavic culture and many of them have the physical characteristics that would make great opponents. Strength and muscularity in particular. However culturally, I think they are only average in their willingness to physically fight a man of similar size.

I suspect that Greek and Korean women are more than ready to mix it up with their men if they think it would be a fair fight.

Any thoughts?

I wasn't aware that ethnic background correlates with a woman's willingness to wrestle/fight men.

Alas, I doubt any culture has a disproportionate amount of females who are raring to go at it with the opposite sex.

Something I always wondered as well. From my limited experience in latin countries, both american and european, I could say the interest is very scarce. Mostly when I compare it to the stuff that comes from central-eastern Europe and to a lesser extent, the US or UK.

But the US, UK are known to be sexually repressive. And the central-eastern european countries are known to be conservative. So it's puzzling.

Perhaps it's got something to do with differents way of mating? With women having a less passive role in courtship? With less sexual dimorphism?

Perhaps it's got something to do with catholics vs protestant vs orthodox religions?

Or does it have to do with having been raised as mild-mannered urbanites vs savage kids from the countryside?

This feels like a thread that could get problematic real quick lol but from personal experience I gotta say African American girls are the ones that love to scrap nothing held back man or woman they fight everyone lol

Culture definitely plays a role in both willingness and opportunity for people to do anything.

I can tell you to a certainty that many French women love to fight, even if there are also many of them who hold a "girls don't do that!" mentality.

In the abstract, yes.

But wrestling/fighting men presents a lot of issues for women that go way beyond culture or culture -- safety, the risk of being perceived as a prostitute, and whatever else.

I can't speak to your experience with French women.

But at least on the wb270 web site, the bulk of European fem wrestlers and matches seem to be in England and Germany, not France.
