I never had a younger sister either, but my friend's younger sister challenged me to a wrestling match once (when I was a teen) and kicked my butt. I think losing to a younger female would be about as humiliating as it could get for a young guy. (One replier mentioned being beaten by a female friend's middle aged mother, which would also be humiliating). As a footnote, despite the humiliation, I did enjoy the experience :-)

Is it humiliating, if no one else is there to see it. I should think not.
Being pinned in public, however, regardless of by whom, could be quite a humiliation.

Pinned in public....beaten by younger girl..ultimate would be male in 20s beaten by fitter young mom in her 40s in any strength test.

I got my worse defeat by my mother , when I was 16 and she was 39.
I was bullying my 15 years old cousin and she stepped in and I (believing to be stronger than her) shoved her...big mistake ...being my mom 5,8 feet tall and very strong-built (about 187 pounds) , she easily got the upper hand and pin me down , forcing me to apologize her.
I said "I'm sorry" and got away holding back tears.
Very humiliating

worst was my first bout, got headscissored out when I was 14 by a 14 year old girl in a friendly wrestling bout. I was actually on my school wrestling team! So I was pretty embarrassed that she won.
