Once she's behind his back and wrapped around him he's completely helpless. I know how that feels like since that was what that tall girl who beat me in our fight in the pool did to me and controlled me from then on, there's hardly anything you can do about it at that point, even if you have weight and strength advantage. Even conventional grappling skills don't help because it's just totally different in the water and the feeling of being drowned and trapped just overcomes you with fear.
