It takes some practice, here is one with revenge of the maid:

I had been living a comfortable and luxurious life. I'd only ever had to worry about small things like paying the bills and tending to mundane tasks. But then I hired an Indian maid who was nothing more than a source of cheap labor. I thought I could do as I pleased with her and I began to shout and abuse her, making her cry all the time.

Little did I know that, my mistreatment of her would come back to haunt me. She spent her free time in my home gym, determinedly pushing herself until she eventually became stronger than me. One day I made the mistake of getting too close and she snapped. She beat me up until I was unable to fight back, then forced me to hand over my house, car and whatever else she wanted.

From that day on, I was subjected to a harsh regime of servitude. I was her personal maid, made to do whatever she wanted me to do and often beaten if I didn't obey her orders. No matter how much I pleaded, she kept beating me and I never found a way to escape her wrath.
