I entered high school at 5'6" and 95 pounds. (I graduated at 5'8" and 130.) Sometimes teenagers are ludicrously skinny. I wasn't sickly or from a poor family or anything - I just had a raging metabolism.

If I had tried out for wrestling, and it was 10 years in the future, I would have assuredly been wrestling girls.

Don't get me wrong - I also believe this is fiction written in first person - but for a 13-15 year old, that body type seems reasonable to me.
