Default How Do You Prepare For A Session?

The day of a session I donít eat anything and drink only a small amount of water.
I wouldnít want to interrupt a session for a bathroom break. Iím betting most session girls wouldnít want a client using the bathroom in their hotel room.

I eat and drink normally, it is better to have to pee then to be dehydrated for the session. In fact I know a few girls that put that in their messages to make sure dehydration isn't an issue.

As for me, I try to carry on the day as normal as possible. But before any session I make sure I shower, put on clean clothes both for meeting and for in session if the attire is different. And I make sure I use the rest room down stairs in the hotel. Making sure you are clean, your clothes are clean and having the payment out and ready are the main points I prep for.

Eat light, drink normal, berarly water or coke, NOT BEER!

Go clean, fresh showerd and fresh clothes.

Bring your own towel with you and a small gift, don't overdue but don't be to greed... 20-30 Euros is enough...

not sure why they wouldn't want you using the bathroom lol. They even offer it to you half the time. Don't starve or dehydrate yourself, just don't eat a massive meal 1 hour beforehand. You don't want to come in dehydrated or with a headache. Double check you remembered the money. One time I sessioned in a different country and just paid her the rest (besides the deposit) over paypal when she arrived 'cause I didn't want to deal with ATMs only being in that country for a brief period. Was a little paranoid paypal would flag it, or wifi connection in the hotel would be bad or whatever, but it was fine.

It's a transaction, no need for gifts lol. You can if you want sometimes. But do it on the first meeting and you're setting the expectation.

these days I often do the hosting anyway, so I just get to the hotel early enough to check in and settle in a bit beforehand. If they're hosting, I make 100% sure I know what the situation is with parking (if I'm driving), traffic, make sure I'm not late, etc. A number of times they've booked hotels with bad parking situations that are a bit of a headache. Often it's not a concern of theirs when choosing a hotel if they're not renting a car. If I'm flying in and hosting, I make sure to schedule a time with plenty of buffer, especially if it's an unreliable airline.

In my limited session experience, I honestly don't remember my eating habits that day. But I did learn real quick to always bring water with you. I like the towel idea as well. Depending on the session type, you could work up a sweat. You got to figure, the session girl probably cannot supply every client with their own towel. I also don't get the bathroom comment. Every session I have been to, I walk in, exchange pleasantries and go immediately in the bathroom to change. Usually quickly using bathroom if needed in the process (1, not. 2, I could see how 2 may be awkward). Also, I like to leave the fee in an envelope on the bathroom sink, just to avoid that feeling. I usually let the girl know ahead of time I am doing that.

I’m still learning the best ways to prepare for a session. In my first ever session, I got body scissored not extremely hard, but it popped some of my rib cartilage. I think that was due to my poor hydration habits, so now, I drink lots of water for a few days before the session and then not so much on the day of the session. I also eat light the day of the session and I recently found that it is best to sip water during a session. In my last session I was sweating quite a bit and started to drink water quickly. This resulted in my having to tap out in a bodyscissor because I feared that I might puke the water back up.

I always enter a session showered and shaved, with freshly brushed teeth and with nails clipped. I also stretch for a couple of minutes before I go up to the hotel room.

My body is my temple.
I exercise it regularly and
take in only building materials
that make it feel well and content.

If there is no running water
in the vicinity of the
session location
the session
is a no go for me.

Hygiene and trim for me
always come first.

I love ours01's comments. Especially for a first session, in addition to what he said, the basics for me are to shower, brush teeth, comb air, etc. and wear nice clothes. Since I'm usually doing role play and it involves some type of non-competitive wrestling, I put myself in the mindset that SHE has hired ME for a session. That puts me in the right frame of mind, especially on a first session if I'm going to her hotel.

If I'm hosting the same rules apply, but I make sure I have water, a light snack for afterwards (or before if she wants) like a fruit and cheese platter and offer some champagne or white wine. (Not red, could be too heavy, and never alcohol). In hosting a couple of notable ladies, especially on a first meeting with one of them, the refreshments angle was part of our ritual and set our session relationship off on the right foot.

Default Re: How Do You Prepare For A Session?

I normally schedule my session as the first one the lady has if possible the day AFTER she has flown in. That puts her at her optimal and not all tired out from traveling. My dream scenarios are when the ladies fly in the night before and have no evening sessions and I'm her first session of the day. And every so often I can get them on their first stop on their tour, and I'm their first session, that is the gold standard for me.

On a normal day I go to the gym and do bi's and back, tri's and chest, legs and abs, neck and shoulders on different days, with one day in between two work out days followed by two days recovery.

But on session days, I always go in to the gym several hours early and regardless of where I am in my cycle I do all body parts to failure, basically fry my arms, chest, and legs, i.e. take them to failure/exhaustion, meaning I can't do a single additional rep. Then hit the stair climber which ALWAYS kicks my ass, until I'm ready to do a face plant. Then cold, followed by warm shower, and clean up as if it was a date actually. About two hours before the session I eat a couple bananas and a chocolate bar. Then just relax till time to go, get my stuff together and go see the lady. I do make sure to be hydrated, but I don't eat anything else until after, normally if she's available I offer to take her to dinner/lunch if she has time.

This usually gives me a session I want. Between the working to exhaustion and the warm final shower, my muscles are relaxed but have no burst and are drained. They are totally fried. I try to get myself to the point where I can not do a single clean curl of a 45 on the preacher bench with either arm, then work my way down the weights to the 25's. Same with legs, I load up the leg machine with as many 45s as I can normally handle and then do 8 rep sets till I literally can't move it for a single rep. Then I pull 45s off wash and repeat, till I'm down to 2 45's. I end up totally fried.

My goal is to wipe out my stamina and any burst strength I normally have, and then the only source of energy left in my body is the sugar from the bananas which will drain quickly once we start wrestling.

Oh, and by the way, I always make sure I tell any new woman I'm wrestling I do this. And the various holds and attacks all of my regular gals use and how they take advantage of it and what they say my weaknesses are when I'm fried. I want any lady I wrestle to know where I'm vulnerable and be able to take advantage of it immediately. Since I know what is coming it lets us get into some really extended tests of strength and resistance. And that by itself helps the burn and helps sap my short term strength even more. And the gals really seem to like it a lot. It lets me have some really competitive matches as very much equals. I don't have to dumb anything down or flop. I LOVE to be in a head scissors and I love to have the women in head scissors. But I want to be truly forced into them, that adds a whole lot to the fun, and if I'm the one applying the head scissors I don't want the woman to have concerns that it will somehow (even accidently) be more than they can handle. I want them to be actively fighting it all the way. And this approach addresses that.

All my regular ladies know what I do and each as their own methods of exploiting it. Most are similar but each is unique in their own way. It's great for me, as even the new gals never have to go defensive to figure out how to deal with me. So in almost every case it lets me have a full on competitive match where I can try to go full out but against women who literally have the strength and endurance advantage and don't have to be defensive, they can confidently be the aggressor. I am trying to be the aggressor too, but at that point I have some major limitations. Having to "flop" would ruin everything.

Try it, I really recommend it.

On using the bath, almost every gal I meet offers the shower when we're done, but typically I like to go back to the gym and shower after I run for a bit on the treadmill. The running helps avoid cramps or getting sore especially if the match has been with a truly strong gal.

P.S. I want to emphasize, USE THE STAIR CLIMBER, it is a truly ass kicking marvel if ever there was one!
