The honest answer is that matches between untrained people of similar size are pretty much impossible to predict since the outcome depends primarly on how good their natural wrestling insticts are.

That's exactly why I think the outcome is unpredictable.

Men are usually considerably stronger than women even when they are the same size, but since she is fit and work out while he is dangerously scrawny and don't exercise at all it's probaly not true in this case.
He may still be a litte stronger than her, or she may be a little stronger than him, but probably there isn't enough of a strenght difference either way to pick a clear favourite and it would boil down to who is the better "natural" wrestler.

P.S: I would definitely root for her however, for what it's worth XD

You want us to say that Amouranth would win, but if she knows little to nothing about grappling than it would probably just look like a sloppy match. Perhaps she would win but it wouldn't be the domination and the tied down and restrained dominant holds you would be looking for. Then after he loses he avenges himself by beating Pokimane.

If he has absolutely no athletic ability or even inclination, I suspect she could win. As someone already said though, it would be a bit of a sloppy match, and would come down to who was more determined not to lose.

My numbers regarding amouranth are old and probably innacurate. I checked again, and according to a recent estimate she is 5'7 and 132lbs.

I think that should put her comfortably ahead of him.
