Not necessarily. With NovelAI, if you enter NSFW for a tag, you get nipples even if you don't want them. Though I personally cannot envisage any scenario where that would be the case.

As far as creating actual one-on-one wrestling/fighting art, the AI really can't handle that. Well, maybe someone with more knowledge of the way it works might be able to come up with something. But any attempt I've made always looks like a scene from a David Cronenberg movie.

However, for basic posed stuff... It's not too shabby at all.
