Killer Crushes gave you the best answer haha. Don't know how strong you are and what experience in wrestling do you have but you got to be brutally strong and skilled to not beat her but to actually give some respectable match against her...

First of all, unless you have experience as a something equal to a bjj purple belt, you better require Dominique to wrestle per white belt rules. Otherwise you will be eating a lot of "twist the leg in ways in isn't designed to bend moves" like knee bars and ankle locks. Second - you better sign up for at least 90 minutes, ideally longer. If you have a size advantage and some wrestling skills, you might be able to make her work hard enough in the 1st hour that you might wear her down to something you can handle in the 2nd hour. But you better figure on taking a beating in that 1st hour - I would have guess she'll figure out the tactic and decide to pound you into the ground first.

I think you ought to go for it. Just realize you are getting on the mat with someone really skilled. There are maybe 8 to 10 women in the US who operate at this skill level that us average guys have any chance at all of physically being on a mat with them. And Dominique I understand is pretty pricey per hour. If you are either getting free session or discounted session, that is a heck of deal.

I kinda agree, but I'm definitely worried about the "major consequences ". That's not my thing.

With that said, I do think I can win. I don't give a shit about belts. I see little kids running around the YMCA with black belts on. Who cares? I'm not saying that I think I will win, I'm just saying that I'm not afraid of her credentials per se.

I would make her spell out specifically what "major consequences" are. If its the stuff at the end of "Absolute Mixed Wrestling" Video, that is one thing. If she wants to stage "Ultimate Surrender" stuff, that is another. And you might want to think real hard about being in video that shows that.

As far as belt colors, it is about the only accessible metric we have for figuring skills. But in bjj, most schools do belts on a performance curve. You have to be able to hang with the next higher belt rank in sparring and in tournaments to get promoted to it. Typically 5 to 7 years to make purple training 3 to 5 days per week. Easier and faster to pick up a masters degree.

Man, simply and honestly: you're gonna face one of the most strong-skilled women available for sessions on this planet. No way, considering her body's stats, strenght and skills, she is the real deal ! Moreover, you're going to face her in the competitive mode (the hardest one)... Being said that, all I can say is "damn, don't think twice and absolutely go for it 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽". If you really feel confident (I don't know your size, skills...), don't be afraid and challange yourself. Consider that I have been waiting for a chance like yours since she started doing sessions !

P.S Btw, I like the expression of KillerCrushes

Unless being gassed out and helplessly pinned less than halfway through the session is what you want, I don't think anyone would have "fun" in a competitive match against DD. Even then, the end result is more semi-comp, whereas full comp would be submission after submission and her dragging you back up to your knees so she can submit you some more. It would be competitive for about 60 seconds, and then you'd be out of energy and guaranteed to walk away with non-permanent injuries.
